   The service and good overall are as good as normal. I have marked down because MY FAVOURITE ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED - Vietnamese Spring Rolls. I have applauded this item before - "as good as Hong Kong." 1. A couple of years ago, I did not order Vietnamese Spring Rolls - as the rice paper skin had not been properly prepared (soaked in cold water before wrapping). The result was "Vietnamese Spring Rolls not entirely crispy and a bit chewy". I think in the last year, with the arrival of the last and current Dim Sum Chefs, they know how to prepare the "rice paper skin" and turned this gem into "as good as Hong Kong." SHAME. I suspect, the use of standard spring roll skins makes life much easier for the current Chef. 2. The other issue to which I would draw the attention of Banquet Management is Vietnamese Spring Rolls are made of rice paper skins. Thus, they are GLUTEN FREE. Whereas, the new Garlic Prawn Spring Rolls are made of ordinary spring roll skins which is NOT GLUTEN FREE.

   Disappointed with quality of food having previously always had a good experience here. Soft shell crab was poor and at £70 per head including only a couple of drinks we did not feel it was good value for money.

   Would be nice if more ho-fun was available - third time we've visited and it has run out. Bit of a queue on Sundays, even when table was booked. Great at quiet times.

   Lovely dim sum. Honey roast pork was tender. Credit to the chef. We enjoyed the meal. Service great.
