Great place for lunch, kids love it but kids menu really basic nothing different.
Banners is a great place before an event at the Garden. It can be busy, crowded and loud but you aren't coming here for a quiet meal. The vibe is great. The food is really good. Like most places, they need more wait staff - our waiter was stretched very thin, but did a really good job despite having to cover too many tables.
I recommend the bacon and the guacamole.
Service was slow but understandable at this time. Limited menu, kind a pricey. THe best thing we had was the Churo doughnuts they were amazing. Gone once but sorry I wouldn't go again.
This is a great place to go before an event or a game in the TD Garden. Make sure to make a reservation.
Super fun atmosphere, great food, excellent service. Hottest wings!
Food was good. Beer is unfathomably expensive. Not sure if they recently raised prices but one beer costs the same price as a burger across the street at tavern
Had a great time at banners last good was good drinks were great my server was wonderful really enjoyed the conversation we had with each other
It was excellent thank you for making the date even more romantic
This is 1st time I’ve been here since the pandemic. Our server was Kristen and she was fantastic. We were seated right away and she was friendly and very accommodating throughout our dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Kristen to be your server!
I'd eaten at Banners before and had a really good experience, so I was excited to bring my son to this interesting Sports Bar with all its large screen TVs. Last night's experience was awful, starting with being seated near a large, loud family gathering with children who were running around crawling on nearby tables.
Then, the wait began for any type of Banners-related employee to take an order, make a suggestion or acknowledge our presence. I get it, it's post-COVID and restaurants are struggling, but it was not busy. My son and I made allowances for maybe not enough staff and people just being tired, but this was beyond reasonable even for reasonable people.
The beers came pretty quick after the 25 minutes it took to order. The Caesar salads were awful with dried out chicken. Again, another long wait to be noticed. Not interested in desserts or more drinks, but a cup of coffee? Sorry, we don't have coffee.
And, then another wait for the bill. And, then having to ask the Manager to take our credit card. He gave it to the waitress and another unusual wait.
Maybe just a bad night for Banners but I'll be avoiding this place and suggest you do as well.
A really great place to grab some food, drinks, and watch some sports! Would definitely recommend it, their burgers were great.
Our server took our drink orders in a decent clip. After that, we didn't see him for an uncomfortably long spell. It was after the dinner rush, so perhaps he was using that time as a breather. However, we went at that time to avoid the crowd and be in and out. It didn't serve that purpose. It was overpriced, lackluster service with food that was ok, but didn't make a positive lasting impression.
Great place to eat. Everything we orders came out timely and perfect.
This was our first time here. Two of us were vegetarians and two not. Service was great. Asked when we sat down if the water was filtered. The server said it was.. it was warm and tasted so poorly it clearly isn’t being filtered through a clean filter. The food was fair. Clearly a frozen beyond burger not made in house with ground beyond meat. One of us got grilled chicken on a salad and the other got a burger I believe. Nothing to write home about. Not a place for foodies but a decent place/ atmosphere to hang out I’m sure before a game and have a beer!
Our waiter was horrible!! Very inattentive. Not a pleasant experience.
This was our first visit, we saw this place on Phantom Gourmet and had to try it. We took our three girls for their birthdays, due to Covid they were still on a limited menu, we got nachos… AMAZING! Kids got chicken nugget meals, it was fresh fried chicken, delicious. Cheeseburger and fiancé got the pork chop special, they told us they cook it fresh so his would be about 25 mins, came out and he said it was one of the best he’s ever had from a restaurant. The waiter brought us over the churro donuts and put 3 candles in and sang happy birthday, he was amazing, all the staff was! Will definitely be going back again!!
Thank you for a great lunch.
Great place to watch the Bruins playoff game. Food was good. Unfortunately service stunk. Our server Colin seemed very busy and overworked, but never apologized for the wait. He walked by us multiple times and avoided eye contact. When I asked a question he wouldn’t respond yes or no to me, so I never knew if he heard me or not. Totally understand if you’re understaffed and busy, but just acknowledge that.
Server was not helpful in making drink or food decisions and food was meh - very bland, pretty dry and overall average at best. TVs were great and the whole environment is nice
Had a terrible experience at Banners at 2PM on a Saturday. We were seated and it took 10 minutes for the waiter to greet us. Once he finally came over he took our beverage and appetizer order.
The food came in a timely matter. He then took our food order. That was the last time I saw our waiter. The waiter disappeared for about an hour. We were trying to get more drinks and couldn’t find the waiter.
All of the staff (including the managers) were all on their phones.
At this point I was so aggravated I asked someone to get us our bill so we could leave.
I complained to the “managers” on our way out.
Both the service and food was terrific. Brought my 8 year old granddaughter and it's an atmosphere for all ages. Will definitely go back/
My second time here in the service has been horrible both times. Getting a server to actually help you throughout the course of the meal is almost impossible without leaving your seat and chasing someone down. Like I said this was the second time in a month that I had terrible service.
Great place. Best pretzel in the game
Great atmosphere for any sporting event or before a game at the garden. Food and drink selection is great but I wish the food menu was a bit more expanded!
Food was good , service was okay felt like our server Kelly kind of forgot about us once the place filled up. She didn’t check on us once during our meal and took a long time to get her attention to get the check. But overall good experience, definitely get a reservation on Bruins game days, it worked out perfect for us.
Good pub food. Limited menu
Loved the Banners Burger! OK beer selection. Need to go back to see a game on the huge screen!
Overpriced for what you get. Small portions and not that great.
Great location for attending events at TD Garden.
The food was very good we had a Chicken sandwich and the salmon bowl both good picks.
The main drawback is because of Covid-19 they have scaled the menu down and you have most fewer selections.
Still a great choice if you are eating in this area of town.
Great service, good food, but very limited menu.
The food here was great, our waiter also great and attentive. I will definitely be back.
The menu was very limited due to the restrictions, but we will come back when Banners is at full capacity
Great spot. Menu is limited but good quality. Would like if they continue to take reservations when things pick up again.
Pretty good variety on the menu on a Celtics game night. @12% capacity in the garden so not very crowded. Good burgers , apps etc. super convenient for a garden event
Fun place with great staff, friendly and following all safety precautions. Had the burger, was done right, served warm was tasty. Enjoy being able to watch multiple sports events at same time. Live local so will definitely be back.
We went here before a Celtics game. I found it very easy to reserve a table and order food through the mobile app. The restaurant staff were friendly and quick to wait on us. The space is really interesting. They've converted an old part of No. Station and have a massive wall of tvs. In terms of Covid, the restaurant seems to be going above and beyond to maintain cleanliness and capacity standards.
First time there for brunch, menu very limited. Food and drinks good, service slow but friendly, not enough waitstaff on a game day. They did also offer regular menu items, it just a long time before anyone could answer the question.
Food was great
