Originally home to WIlliam John Turner Clarke and latterly the Famous WIlliam Angliss. From the stunning entrance, to the beautifully lit garden on leaving, a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The menu diverse and interesting, food exemplary. And of course the outstanding views.

I took my friend for her birthday lunch. She hadn't been before and she thoroughly enjoyed everything about it She was so impressed with the food and views. It was quiet being a Wednesday but that was fine with us.

I have been to bankvale many times and was disappointed with the food this time. I do not know if t he was a new chef but food very disappointing

Food was delicious, service impeccable... a little bit noisy for my liking, but then again that was probably because all the diners were enjoying themselves... a really enjoyable night. Definitely come back.

Took a friend for her birthday as I had been before and loved it. She thoroughly enjoyed it. What a beautiful winery do close to the city with excellent views, food and wine. Been recommending it to everyone. Will definitely be back.
