   Our experience on the whole was great! We were there for a pre theatre supper, we were asked to make waiting staff aware, which we did. As a consequence we were served quickly and efficiently. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, the food delicious. Not cheap but very good quality. Well done and thank you Bank.

   I chose this restaurant for Mothers day because I knew I could rely on a decent meal and nice place to sit in. I had the most wonderful whole chargrilled seabass butterflied on a plate with a lovely cherry tomato salad with vinaigrette, baby capers and finely chopped shallots. The half of lemon served to squeeze over the fish was chargrilled too. Everything was perfect, a really beautiful plate of food that I thoroughly enjoyed (thank you whoever the chef was, it was memorable!). My Mum had a lovely time as did my brother. Lovely staff, lovely space to dine in overlooking the Birmingham canals on a wonderfully sunny day. Lovely

   Been going to Bank for many years and have never been disappointed. Always made to feel welcome and food is always wonderful. Added bonus was that Viktoria our waitress was there. She is a total credit to this place. Would definitely recommend Bank.

   Overall was a nice evening. Food I had was great but majority of the booking had cold food or incorrect orders after a long wait. Can’t mark the restaurant down for that as the management and team went over and above to try and resolve orders and ensure we left happy. Lovely ambience and the staff were amazing so this wouldn’t deter me from booking again just think they had an off night. Lovely evening all the same. Will be back to experience the full ticket soon!

    lacked atmosphere, was cold enough to want to leave your coat on, place had an odd smell, food great but not worth the expense
