    Nice host, and really friendly, the servce wasnt great, everything took longer than I anticipated between courses. So I’m a little disappointed,but they tried to rectify as best as possible when I had to return food, but yes it was okay.

    Advised to take the pre show menu as they were very busy - 2 courses for £40, the total of my choices came to £29.50 on the a la carte menu - still had a long wait and the Korean Chicken starter was over cooked and dry. Also, £16 for a glass of entry level Pinot Grigio was eye watering. Better places available nearby - won’t be going back

    Our experience on the whole was great! We were there for a pre theatre supper, we were asked to make waiting staff aware, which we did. As a consequence we were served quickly and efficiently. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, the food delicious. Not cheap but very good quality. Well done and thank you Bank.

    I chose this restaurant for Mothers day because I knew I could rely on a decent meal and nice place to sit in. I had the most wonderful whole chargrilled seabass butterflied on a plate with a lovely cherry tomato salad with vinaigrette, baby capers and finely chopped shallots. The half of lemon served to squeeze over the fish was chargrilled too. Everything was perfect, a really beautiful plate of food that I thoroughly enjoyed (thank you whoever the chef was, it was memorable!). My Mum had a lovely time as did my brother. Lovely staff, lovely space to dine in overlooking the Birmingham canals on a wonderfully sunny day. Lovely
