Located in one of downtown Wilkes-Barre’s historic buildings, Bank+Vine provides both an indoor and outdoor casual dining experience with plates meant to be shared around the table. Take a trip back to 1912 and visit the old South Side Bank while dining in 'The Lobby' with it's 30 foot vaulted ceilings and a private dining room overlooking the entire restaurant, perfect for gatherings of 10 people with a private restroom. Or join us out in 'The Garden' for an evening dining under dripping greenery and market lights.

My friend and I reserved a table to celebrate an early birthday. We were seated in the bar area at a wobbly high top. We soon realized the table was wobbly when we started belting out with laughter. That didn’t slow us down. The food was absolutely divine! I love that Bank+Vine offers small plates, allowing the guest to try an array of different cuisines. 10/10 recommend!

Love Bank & Vine. Always a great experience. Tuna Crudo and sunflower shortcake along with cocktails were outstanding However, would not recommend the lamb shoulder. Way too much fat but the pea pot pie served with it was amazing!

I am loving this restaurant more and more every visit. Brunch was fantastic on Sunday. The food was delicious, the staff is wonderful, and the bartenders make killer drinks.I love the atmosphere and vibe B&V is giving off.... cannot wait to visit again!

I really enjoyed my experience at B&V. The food and service were excellent as always. I was a bit disappointed with the high top seating and will not do this again - the table was too small and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. I also thing the background music is too loud for casual conversation. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

We went to Bank+Vine specifically for their Italian takeover, e cosí. This dinner was, hands down, the best start to finish meal I've ever had. The cocktails were unique spins on classics and I was not disappointed in my limoncello gin collins. Dinner really knocked our socks off. The components of each dish were masterfully chosen to compliment one another and the flavors were out of this world. NEPA is lucky to have Chef Chad Gelso in our area. His talent is remarkable. I can't wait to taste what he comes up with next! We chose bomboloni for dessert and you could tell it was made from scratch and with utmost attention to detail. I'll be raving about this dinner for years!

We are very particular where we dine . Scranton and Clark summit doesn’t have a lot of nice restaurants so it’s so awesome we have a fine dining restaurant that has amazing food , service and spectacular atmosphere . We will definitely be back !!! Does not disappoint !!!

I can’t say enough about this restaurant. It’s so great to have a dining experience in Wilkes Barre that is every bit as good as in Philly or NYC. The food, cocktails and service are all Top Shelf. Every visit has been terrific.
