Unser Küchen- und Barkonzept besteht aus zwei Zutaten:
think global and act sparkling!

Das junge Team von Banh Mi & Bubbles besteht aus Barkeepern, Köchen und Künstlern, rund um Inhaber Marcel Wanek.
Wir haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, Asian Kitchen neu zu interpretieren – inspiriert durch das Aufeinandertreffen verschiedener Menschen und Kulturen.
Marcel Wanek aus München ist bereits vielseitig bekannt durch kreative und hochwertige Gastronomiekonzepte, wie u.a. die Kubaschewski Bar (Schaumwein-Bar in München) und Holy Taste Catering sowie Events für große Marken und Brands wie z.B. Hublot, Prada und viele mehr.
Mit Banh Mi & Bubbles wollte er etwas Neues schaffen:

Hier stimmt einfach alles , vom stilvollen Ambiente über den aufmerksamen Service bis hin zur kreativen Küche . Besonders die Sushi Tacos und die veganen Oysters waren super, geschmacklich außergewöhnlich und wunderschön präsentiert. Wer gutes Essen liebt und Wert auf Qualität legt, ist hier genau richtig.

Perfekt für einen Abend mit Freunden oder Familie Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie da , inklusive Kinder ,und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab für jeden etwas auf der Karte, Ramen war sehr lecker . Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und ein tolles Team.

Tolles Restaurant mit authentischer asiatischer Küche ,Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und modern, ideal für ein entspanntes Dinner. Ramen war super lecker . Bedienung war aufmerksam und schnell. Sehr zu empfehle :)

Ein echter Geheimtipp 🤩 Banh Mi and Bubbles hat uns komplett überzeugt.Das Banh Mi war sensationell , knuspriges Brot, perfekt gewürztes Hackfleisch und frische Kräuter, wie man es selten bekommt.
