Asian Fusion Kitchen & Bar mit Schaumweinen (Bubbles) aus aller Welt, Art & Stand-up Comedy. 

Unser Küchen- und Barkonzept besteht aus zwei Zutaten:
think global and act sparkling!

Das junge Team von Banh Mi & Bubbles besteht aus Barkeepern, Köchen und Künstlern, rund um Inhaber Marcel Wanek.
Wir haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, Asian Kitchen neu zu interpretieren – inspiriert durch das Aufeinandertreffen verschiedener Menschen und Kulturen.
Marcel Wanek aus München ist bereits vielseitig bekannt durch kreative und hochwertige Gastronomiekonzepte, wie u.a. die Kubaschewski Bar (Schaumwein-Bar in München) und Holy Taste Catering sowie Events für große Marken und Brands wie z.B. Hublot, Prada und viele mehr.
Mit Banh Mi & Bubbles wollte er etwas Neues schaffen:

    Comedy gut, Gastro überfordert. Es gab eisgekühlten Wein und schales/seifiges vorgezapftes Bier, auch nach Rückgabe wurde dies nicht besser.

    Geiles Restaurant mit top Service! Ich war absolut begeistert! Das Essen war nicht nur super lecker, sondern auch kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Man merkt, dass hier mit Qualität und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell, genau so wünscht man sich das! Die Stimmung im Restaurant war entspannt, modern und einladend , perfekt für einen schönen Abend mit Freunden oder zu zweit

    Wir waren als Gruppe zum Mittagessen, es war super lecker Das Essen kam schnell, der Service war sehr freundlich, und die Portionen waren riesig ,vor allem die Bowl war top! Wirklich empfehlenswert :)

    Das Mittagessen war super Die Bowl und das Ramen waren richtig lecker ,frische Zutaten, toller Geschmack und die Portionen waren wirklich großzügig. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder.

    Einfach top! Das Essen war super lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und trotzdem angenehm unaufdringlich. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist entspannt und gemütlich , man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen

    Das Essen war hervorragend.Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und stilvoll , perfekt für ein entspanntes Mittag,oder Abendessen. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder und empfehle das Restaurant jedem weiter, der gutes Essen und freundlichen Service schätzt!
