Bandito Latin Kitchen & Cantina

Came in a little late to a 10:45 reservation not knowing the restaurant closes at 11pm. Our server Jose was very accommodating despite our tardiness and the kitchen closing very soon. He recommended good food and drinks options which we devoured. Overall food service and environment was very satisfactory. No complaints whatsoever! This was our first time there.

Loved the dinner

So I reserved seating to celebrate my wife’s birthday on Saturday March 23, everything was nice until the main floor was being shuffled around, tables being moved, seats etc, other guests seating near us were like WTF is going on? It was loud, unprofessional, we received no notice of what was going on, I finally asked some people what was going on. They said some rapper Gene Buk or whatever was making a video or whatever, frankly I don’t give a damn about that. I picked this place for the ambiance and was very disappointed that we had to cut our dinner short because the level of noise, and random ghetto crowd was not pleasant. Will not dine here again.

We arrived during happy hour. Luis was our server--excellent! Great value and great food.

It was the perfect location for our party of four! Nice location, great food and reasonably priced. Our waiter was THE BEST!

Food was good. Not authentic Mexican food. Drinks were ok. Not worth the price.

Great food. Very accommodating to food allergies. Too noisy for our business dinner but would be super fun for a group or date night!

Food was good, both my client and I had the bowl with chicken. Fresh and delicious. Still can’t believe they are now charging 2.00 for chips and salsa. Just give it complementary. Only Mexican Restaurant that I go to that charges for chips and salsa. Especially since you are now the only restaurant in the building.

This place is awesome. Top notch service in a super location, food is great. Friendly. Entertainers come by your table. lots of super easy parking. Walk to the strip. What more could you ask for. I will eat here again.

Mouth watering Food, beautiful artwork and set up. The Fashionista drink was absolutely delicious and they put it a fancy copper pineapple cup, makes you feel like a Queen drinking from it! The entire staff was attentive, and polite. Couldn't ask for more!

I was really excited to try this place mainly because it looks awesome from the outside. Once inside it was small. Had a reservation for a hightop table but once inside and finally got the attention of the person up front, we were sat at a regular table. Ordered 2 margaritas and they came in the smallest glasses ever... I expected regular size margaritas that you would get in a Mexican restaurant. We ordered 2 appetizers, the octopus (ok) and the queso Bandito which was literally like they took shredded cheese and melted in inside a tiny cast iron pan. Nothing special. Overall it could be a cool place but I feel like they’re trying to make a fancy place out of something that’s not. BTW, I hated writing this review because I really wanted to like this place

From the time we walked in the door until the time we were finished, everything was excellent! Service was outstanding, the margaritas were tasty and the food was delish!

Tacos were dissapointing both octopus and beef. Special margarita too sweet no black sea salt as advertised. Will not return or refer in future.

Great food and great drinks! I had the salad for dinner, after consuming many great half price appetizers, and it was sooo very yummy - just perfect.

This was our first visit to Bandito. We love this place. They have very good queso and guacamole. The food is excellent. Our party tried the shrimp with carne asada, beef enchiladas and fish tacos. Every dish was awesome. The service was very good and the atmosphere is very nice. They are located off Flamingo close to the strip so the cantina is a good choice if you are staying on the strip. This was a special birthday dinner and although we mentioned that one person in our party was having a birthday, we had not requested any special cake or dessert. At the end of our dinner, our waiter brought the birthday girl a slice of Margarita cheesecake with a candle - so sweet. And, yes the cheesecake was also awesome.

Open Table reservation was there for us when we arrived. We were seated quickly and Luis, our server, made sure we knew it was Happy Hour and explained the HH specials to us. Our drinks and chicken nachos came out to us quickly and were very good. Luis was the perfect server ! Answering questions in his friendly manner and staying at our table just long enough for serving our meal but being so personal and caring in the process ! Great food, atmosphere and value at Banditos !

The food is so overpriced for what you get, and it's not very good. The guacamole was $12 and it looked like 1/2 cup on a small plate. My friend changed her vegan taco to shrimp, and they charged her an extra $7 for one shrimp.

Had a quick dinner with a business associate early one evening this week. The restaurant is nice and modern, and the service was attentive. The food was good, but I was surprised by how small the portions were - especially appetizers. The guacamole (not prepared to order) was very small for, I believe, $13. It was about half the size of a normal appetizer portion, which was a surprise at that price. Interestingly, the server "warned" us about the size of the appetizer servings, so I guess it's a common complaint. Also, while most Mexican restaurants provide chips and salsa free, Bandito's charges $2.00. I loved everything about it except the value, which is more driven by portion size than the menu price.

What a gem! Our food was so yummy and the decor/ambiance just right for a festive but not frenzied dinner. Our server, Jose C. , was terrific and made great recommendations. I loved the Habanero Shrimp with Carne Asada and two in our party both loved their fajitas. Margaritas were great - not too sweet or scary green fake. Just a few blocks off the Strip. We walked over from the Platinum. Would definitely go again.

Wow. What a great find! We were looking for something off-strip and casual and we're so glad we found Bandito. The tomatillo salsa was on point, and the barbacoa tacos were incredible. 10/10 would go again for the awesome food and super friendly staff.

Booked reservation for mother 74th bday. Got ready went down and the restaurant was closed. Google had it open and open table. Complete waste of time.

Food was ok, not very authentic Mexican. The bar and drinks are good though. Decent place to grab some quick tacos.

Bandito is AMAZING! The atmosphere and service is excellent, but we go for the food and the drinks, and especially their Happy Hour deals. We also book a lot of business lunch meetings at Bandito, its a great atmosphere for that too. We recently had a farewell Happy Hour event at Bandito for a departing coworker. They accommodated us with tables for 20 and our own dedicated server. Everyone loved it and even though it was a busy Friday night, it wasn't so loud that we weren't able to converse. I highly recommend this place!

Service was good, food, while non conventional Mexican type cuisine, was very good!

We were seated quickly. We both had taco platters, mine grilled fish & partner had the fried octopus. They were both just OK. Very little flavor or spice. No sauce was given with either platter resulting in very bland taste and a bit dry. We used the sauce that came with the chips earlier and both the green & red sauce had very little spice flavor associated with Mexican cuisine. The jalapeno tamale as a side was great! The atmosphere is very modern and simply beautiful. Our server was OK.
