   With so many great restaurants in the area this was not the best. First we arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait 25 minutes past our scheduled reservation time, then after ordering drink and water they only brought water for two people in our party and gave attitude when we asked for another water. The water came and it was another 25 minutes before our server came back to ask about appetizers...and so on. If you want want a nice restaurant with great service this isn’t it, but if you want to wait and be charged a bunch of money for mediocre food this might be for you.

   I heard alot if great things about the restaurant. So I decided to celebrate my wife birthday here and we had a wonderful experience. Food and staff was excellent

   I read other reviews that sitting too close to the jazz band is annoying. I agree. We asked to be moved to another table. I think the band needs to turn down the amp or not use an amp. The food was excellent as always. We shared the cornbread, Macho Salad and Lamb Sandwich. I love a good Lamb Sandwich.

   Love evey minute and my waitress Tavi was awesome and shout out to the manger that gave us a toast of champagne for out Anniversary I will back on March 24 to bring my aunt

   I really love the ambiance of Bandera. The food is great too. I had a superb meal, the lunch special of the day; sauteed cod with a lemon butter sauce, complimented with small bits of shrimp and cooked to perfection. The only thing, I wasn't expecting such a hefty price for a lunch item!

   I'm in Chicago at least one every year for several days and I always make sure I have a meal - lunch or dinner - at Bandera. Love the place! Wonderful skillet cornbread. Any meal I've had there has always been very good.

   First time there and my date and I loved it! Everything was perfect from the service, food and the overall ambiance. I will definitely be back and recommend this place for a great date spot.

    Perfect restaurant! After being in Chicago for just over two weeks we were absolutely sick of heavy food. Bandera had a wide menu choice and Nicole our waitress was completely amazing! I've told so many people about this restaurant since we returned to the UK!
