Ryan took care of on Valentine's Day, and he truly was a highlight of the night. He energy and fun personality certainly added a lot to the experience. We will be back!

Loved everything food was amazing I had the aged KC Strip with Blue Cheese crusting WOW!! The only issue not a big one at all was one table in particular they were very very loud especially laughing excessively loud and no one did anything about it. It was annoying but we will definitely be back. Thank you

Meal, service and ambiance all outstanding. The noise level was high despite generous spacing between tables, and it was rather pricy, but it was a very pleasant dining experience.

Baltaire is very good. The food is terrific, if a tad pricey. The service is generally quite friendly and professional. The right hand side of the restaurant as you walk in is a little noisier than the left. Both are nice. Karim Ceran (the manager) is attentive and on top of his operation in an admirable way. We enjoyed chatting with him. All in all, a lovely meal.

There were three of us for dinner and you know how the saying goes, “three strikes and you’re out”! Well, tonight would have struck out a whole team due to the lack of care by the Kitchen. After ordering the steak sampler with NO crab... obviously it turns up WITH crab. After tracking down our waitress it gets sent back. Plenty of time passed for the other main courses to get cold as the vegetables came out in dribs and drabs, . The fish was cold but the guest didn’t want to make a fuss. The side order of peas did not turn up, only to be told later they had actually run out of peas. The lamb chops were ordered medium-well and came out raw... I’m not talking a little raw... we’re talking so blue the chops were so alive it made sushi look cooked. It was so disgusting, it put me off my food that when the steaks came back I couldn’t eat them. The manager and waitress tried their best to make it up, which was some consolation (and the only reason this review got 2 stars and not 1). Sadly I/we will never, ever be back at this restaurant and honestly, for a restaurant of that caliber and at those prices... the chef should be sent back to cooking school.

Delicious meal, excellent service. We were seated right away.
Only downside, extremely noisy inside so much so that it was hard to hear talking from across the table.

Go here for the vibe. The bar. See August (Bar Man) & Melanie (SOM). Food is decent but pricey. Vibe is fun and lively and sexy -ish not too much. Great for a date or anniversary. Beautiful interior. Order the Baller Cocktail.

Back. We were half an hour late mad our reservation got cancelled. Although they sat us right away when we got in.

They throw the best Super Bowl Party! I was thrilled with the setup and addition TVs! Food was great! Maybe add one or two healthy option (salads or GF pizza :)

Had a great anniversary night at Baltaire! My lady loved her dish for dinner. The live music played at the time of our visit was stupendous. Both sides of the restaurant offers a very lively themed design. Staff and waiter were very attentive and provided great service! Recommend this restaurant for any special occasion, good food and those looking for great service.

Highly overrated. Food was nothing special. We had the lollipop lamb, the French onion soup, kampachi and wedge salads for starters. We had the snake river farms rib eye, the bone in ribeye, the short rib and bison for our mains.
The lamb lacked flavor as did the kampachi, which was a disappointing flavorless dish.The wedge was also just average.
The snake river farms was just average in flavor, which was disappointing since they charged a premium price.
The bison was good. The short rib was good and the bone in was good.
The real disappointment came in the lack of service. We had two servers assigned to our table and after our first ten minutes there, our servers weirdly strutted by our table several times like preening peacocks with their heads in the air not bothering to even glance in our direction! We had to flag them down to get anything! When you spend $600 for a meal without alcoholic beverages that is insulting to say the least! I will say the dining area is wonderfully appointed.
But that isn't enough to make me want to return.

Very mediocre service food and ambiance regrettably ! I told them it was my guests birthday and no attempt to even make a small fuss was made . The potato leek soup was too creamy ... added cream should be a tablespoon at most ... this was like a cup of cream !
We ordered a split Greek salad and we got two salads and only really discovered it when I got the bill ... at $17 a plate of lettuce with less than a Cup of feta and three olives cut in two and half a cherry tomato !!
Just quite felt like an overpriced uninteresting lunch !!

I've been wanting to try Baltaire for some time and was delighted to finally have the opportunity.
I confess to be a bit disappointed with the quality of the food.
I know Chef's hate making lamb well done, but I was VERY explicit as to what I wanted. I had to send the very rare lamb chops back twice.

Also, the charred octopus, while quite tasty was in a spicy almost hispanic chili sauce. When I got my lamb chops, I was quite surprised that the flavor of the sauce was nearly identical. Absolutely wasn't my cup of tea taste-wise.

The service was very good, however...But the value for the overpriced meal was one that will keep me most likely from going back.

brussels was too salty.
dover sole is not good.
the waiter did not give the birthday cake for the celebrant...He just handed us the bill. I was waiting for him to give that but I'm so disappointed..
Its a birthday celebration. I thought I could surprise my son for that birthday thing...

Good food & attentive service. Unfortunately, their beverage, esp. wine, mark-up are ridiculous!!!! $5 for an 8 oz Diet Coke! Really??? Seated near the open kitchen which was interesting to watch. Lamb chops were dry & overcooked! Lobster risotto was very rich!

I live in Brentwood and this restaurant is just as breathtaking on the inside as mysterious and stunning it is from the outside. I would 10/10 recommend Baltaire for drinks and dessert at the bar. The selections are fantastic and their beignets were incredible.

Unfortunately, our server was absolutely terrible. We were two girls in our 20s and completely disregarded by our older male server. He was falling over his words when reciting the menu - stating he was "getting all the kinks out on us" making us instantly feel unimportant. When we ordered drinks, main courses, and sides he said, "so nothing to start..." in what was a very condescending tone. He then proceeded to rarely check on us when we wanted to put in desserts towards the end of our meal. It felt like he was only catering to the large parties with an older demo who were spending more money than we were, quite honestly. The joke was on him because we were on a client dinner fully funded by our company and would have stayed for at least another hour enjoying drinks had we felt more comfortable in addition to referring tons of business to Baltaire.

Side vegetables are rather flavorless and dry as they are fire charred. They could use some moisture or sauces. found the fish to be rather the same.

Lunch date was very nice and relaxing. Lovely modern decor great ambiance. Server was nice, a little slow on things and she forgot one of my side dishes. But overall a great experience, had some good brunch dishes. Greek salad with chicken was very delicious, husband got strip steak and eggs with potatoes and it was excellent. Yummy local coffee. Would come again.

We were seated in the garden area which is beautiful and in summer I bet the best place to be seated but it was so cold and there weren't any heaters at this table, there were heaters at every other table but this one.
When asked to turn up the closest heater we were told that the table it was closest to was complaining it was too hot so I asked to move our table and they said they would turn up the heater closest to us but......we never removed our coats the entire dinner.
Our waiter was attentive with choosing our wine but after that we barely saw him. I will tell you we not once had a refill of water. We've been to Baltaire I would say 1/2 dozen times and it's always been great, hence our return, but this time was not pleasant.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT... JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF ATTENTION AND CARE. AMBIENCE IS FINE, BUT A BIT COLD. MENU IS FINE , BUT A BIT LIMITED. WINES ARE EXPENSIVE.
