Excellent staff and the food is delicious. Can’t wait until we get back to normal so we can enjoy their live music. Until then we’ll settle for their great steaks, lobster risotto, mashed potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms.

I really enjoyed the sommelier’s knowledge. I love learning about wine, so I appreciated his suggestions. Our waitress was very personable and worked hard to ensure we had a great dinner. The friendly staff and high quality food make it easy to choose Baltaire for a night of dining.

This was our first time dining at Baltaire and we had the BEST time ever. From the moment we walked in, every detail was attended to with precision and we had a fabulous dining experience. The food was fantastic and the service was on par with the food. The cocktails were unique and delicious and the ambiance was perfect for date night. I look forward to returning for happy hour and dinner.

Our night started off with getting seated outside in the outside lobby of the union bank building. We had made these reservations two weeks in advance and called a few days earlier to request a nice table in the restaurant’s main patio as we were celebrating my father in law’s birthday. Once we got to our table, we were skeptical about it since it was completely outside. We had specifically requested to be seated in their main patio which is at least somewhat covered. However, the manager, Leanne, did not want to move us to the inside patio. My father in law had to demand to sit in the covered patio and that’s the only reason we got moved. Leanne strongly suggested, actually demanded, that we would sit at the table we were given. She was beyond rude, mannerless and very unprofessional to say the least. In all honesty, we thought she was the wait staff because she lacked both the charisma of a manager and the manners of one. It was only at the end of our dinner, when we asked our waitress what her name was that we found out she was the manager.

Cheyenne the hostess at the front was also mannerless, and attacked us because my mother in law was stretching her legs while sitting for a minute on the couch inside. I understand that it’s covid and there’s rules but covid rules and regulations shouldn’t be picked and ignored at the convenience of the restaurant. This restaurant followed the Covid protocols that benefitted them and ignored the ones that did not. If Mastro’s can box up leftovers, so can you, especially when your a mediocre steakhouse with a rude and stuck up staff.

Knowledgeable staff, one of the nicest outdoor spaces now with post-covid. Amazing food, amazing cocktails, not one bad thing about this place. Super professional!

Celebrated our anniversary. Ambience was perfect for private conversations by candlelight. Food was incredible. We had a wonderful evening. If I had to complain about something, it was that we had to box our own leftovers, although given the COVID19 situation, this wasn't a big deal to us. Great experience overall.

Good/Great food but not outstanding. Good service but not great. For the price, expect both food and service to be outstanding.

The sea-bass is a true delight and tastier than the deep fried crab cakes, which is way too crispy and unhealthy, although they still tasted pretty good!! The quality of the food is definitely top-knotch, as is the service.

From the front desk to the dinner table, service was great. Chef and my servers did an amazing job for us as we drove 1.5 hrs to eat here for the first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The complimentary butterscotch was AMAZING and the off the menu dry aged steak.

With Covid craziness in LA the patio is very beautiful. They did try to sit us in the “pretend patio” section but I was not going to sit in that highly lit area. The food was phenomenal the drinks were fantastic the service was great. I will say their dessert that they call a pot de crème, should be called a a budino. Also there valet did not even come over to open our doors. Tacky.

Did not care for my serving of crab legs . They were a bit fishy and not meaty at all skinny. I was disappointed. Salad good, FF good , spinach good .. Steak not as good as Maestros

If you're tentative about venturing out to restaurants, this is a great place to start. BEAUTIFUL outdoor patio, and shelter from the street noise. Food fantastic. Everyone so happy to welcome us. In Brentwood on San Vicente. Highly Recommend !!!

Sat us outside in what looked to be the parking lot behind the building. Bright lights, terrible ambiance and some guy sitting next to us who was barefoot I kid you not. Should have called us ahead of time and warned us where they were planning to seat us. Classic bait and switch. Beware!

We had an incredible dinner at Baltaire, everything was absolutely perfect as always. I highly recommend the filet trio and the lobster mac and cheese. The seafood is incredibly fresh, and the quality is outstanding. We have enjoyed the oysters and shrimp in the past as well as the seafood tower, and this time enjoyed chilled lobster - Still craving it! Took a bottle of their steak sauce home, it’s the best I’ve ever had.

Celebrated my son’s 25th Birthday. Manager was professional and attentive. Service was excellent, as was the food. A bit pricey, but happy to support our local restaurants during these challenging times. Thank you for a lovely dinner celebration!

I've visited Baltaire for two birthdays (once pre-covid, and another during quarantine). Both experiences were lovely and I'd highly recommend to others looking for a nice / fancy dinner in the Brentwood area.

I love dining at Baltaire, whether it's just a date night or with a group of people. The service is top notch, the food is delicious and the ambiance is relaxed fine dining. They're always consistent and even with the temporary Covid changes the restaurant has really managed to maintain consistency and grace. Would recommend to anyone.
