I had originally planned to have a couple items on the Italian category, however the hotel had a special offer of 50% off a couple of steak items. I chose the 18oz ribeye for $52, normally $104. I'd estimate a third of it was fat, but the meat was very good with it's seasonings.

My husband and I’ve been to Balla Italian Soul several times over the last few months and it’s always been a great experience. We’re recognized when we go in by the manager and staff so it feels like we’re at home. For this visit we requested a specific dessert, Lemon Curd, and the manager came to let us know that he made sure that the chef prepared the dessert before he went on vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our meal at Balla’s in Las Vegas. I’m Italian and it’s difficult for me to eat Italian out because I’m usually disappointed. Balla was wonderful- the sea brime was perfectly cooked and delicious, while the lamb pasta was well developed flavor wise- pasta cooked to perfection and the lamb delicious!! Our waitress Casey was amazing as well and very on point with suggestions. The only challenge was getting drinks out- I think the bartender was a bit overwhelmed, but we also loved our drinks and Casey’s suggestions here as well- go to Balla!! You won’t be disappointed!!

mediocre. took forever and they were out of pizza dough which is what a majority of us ordered. we got a cute private dining area though.

From start to finish the experience at Balla was spectacular. Casey our server was nothing short of incredible when it came to her service and attentiveness. Victor the GM came to our table to great us as well which was a great touch. There were 4 of us in our party and we all ordered the chefs tasting menu. 4 courses each and each one was just as delicious as the next. The item that stood out was the lamb pasta! Tender and flavorful, we wanted to order more to-go. We will certainly come back even if it’s just for dessert ( the tiramisu was so good!) and wine.

We went for happy hour, but will definitely be back for dinner. Service was fantastic, food was delicious and the vibe of the restaurant is great. We had meatballs, a marg pizza, stuffed mushrooms and all 3 flavors of gelato. 5 stars for everything.
