    We loved Balkan so much! The authentic Greek food had the perfect amount of flavor and our server, Scott, was extremely amiable. Scott gave us great ideas for places to visit during our trip to Banff. Overall, Balkan was an amazing experience and we loved both our server and the delicious food!

    This was a great restaurant all around. Had the spiced lamb souvlaki plates and they were excellent! The staff was also very pleasant and they made it an all around great experience. Would definitely recommend!

    Positive was the Food was amazing! 5/5 Our dining reservation was a table in the bar and although our server was friendly she was a terrible server.

    We have a toddler with many allergies. The waitress went out of her way to find things that he could eat. The food was amazing. May go there a second time this trip!

    Amazing and friendly service by all staff. Went to their greek night which did provide entrainment but difficult to enjoy whilst easting. Food was ok

    Ashlee was our server and was fabulous and served our large group with ease. The Greek show was very fun. Would highly recommend.

    Do not waste your time. There are by far better restaurants than the Balkan. It did not feel authentic at all. The show started half hour late, the commentator was also the DJ so things seemed so unorganized. Our server Emily was kind. The server whose section was next to us was so unprofessional. He kept putting dirty glassware and items on our table while we were eating. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT WITH MY EYES!!! He never apologized or even acknowledged us once!! The management seemed so disorganized and were just all over the place. Sad to say we will not return!

    Lamb souvlaki was nice and spicy. The accompanying cucumbers, tomatoes, capers, hummus were super fresh and delicious. Edamame falafel bowl also vey good. Fine selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Service was excellent.
