Wonderful food and service. Our server, Vilate was just the best. The restaurant needs more servers like her. She “made” the dining experience for us. We have dined here several times. Cameron at the bar is always pleasant. Had to say something nice about him, as well. The other servers here are mediocre. They always act in a manner that it not conducive to trying to lure back return guests. They treat the customers as one time diners that they never expect to return. Sorry to have to say that, but it is the truth.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a neighbor and it didn’t disappoint. The food was served at a good pace and was outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable and engaging. The meals were somewhat expensive but the overall experience offset the price. Will definitely go back for a special occasion.

Best Prime Rib I’ve had in years and best service. Quiet and plenty of parking. Love the interior decoration with cedar inlays in the floor. Wish I could take it back with me to California.

Really great service and a fun restaurant. Loved the empanada, the spinach salad, ahi taco, au gratin potatoes, and the ribeye was good but maybe not worth the price. Key lime dessert was awesome, the cheesecake was okay (it’s more cakey than most).

Execellent cuisine, somewhat limited menu and wine list. Great bartender, great server, Austin, who was friendly and knowledgeable. This place would be competitive in a large city, outstanding for Southern Utah.

$61 for a ribeye that was bland and brussel sprouts that were also awfully bland. The ceviche needed salt. The service was subpar. All in all, it wasn’t worth the trip out of Springdale where you can get food that either matches or is less than the cost of the food here and tastes much better.

The food and service were both incredible. Lucky to have this restaurant in southern Utah! Try the jalapeño margarita and the French onion soup! Perfect for a nice meal just outside of Zion!

The spanakopita for appetizer was the best I’ve tasted. I had the pork chop and it was very good. Who would even think that you can elevate the baked potato by flash frying it? Definitely would go here again if I’m in the area. Wait staff and owners are very friendly and talk to the diners.

We love Balcony One! We visit the area a couple times a year and always try to eat here at least twice. This visit was for my birthday. We were seated at a table in the bar which was nice and quiet. Liz was our server and she provided prompt excellent service with a smile throughout the meal. We ordered the pork chops again. It’s our favorite! The owners, George and Cindy stopped by the table to say hi. They are talented artists…… George is a great photographer and Cindy’s paintings are splendid! You can see both their works displayed throughout the restaurant and even buy some. Bon appetit!

We had a reservation and they sat us right away, our food came out fast and hot. I got the ribs and they were delicious. My partner got the chicken alfredo and it was the best alfredo we had ever had! I can't wait to come back.

This was our first time eating at Balcony One, but it will definitely not be our last. It is so nice to have another fine dining restaurant in the Virgin / LaVerkin area. I had the salmon, it was cooked perfectly and was not dry; my husband had the pappardelle pasta, also delicious. They offered beef carpaccio for an appetizer, which was outstanding. Service was excellent and professional, Austin was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner dropped by to check on us, too. That tells a lot about an establishment. We will return!
