   We went in with the expectations of simply having a regular dinner and trying out different drinks. Luckily, there were some available spots at what they call the "Baku Experience," and we decided to give it a try. I must say, "Wow!" The combination of flavors was incredible, and the presentation of each dish was spectacular. The video and image element with each plate was sensational, something you can't afford to miss if you're visiting Miami. We had the opportunity to meet the manager, who explained the reasoning behind the dishes and the concept. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

   The experience was absolutely magical. I brought one of my best friends for her birthday, and she was blown away. From the fantastic visuals, to the superb service that Lucy provided, it was worth every penny. Five stars all around. Highly recommended.

    We made the best of our experience bc it was my birthday but would not recommend this place to friends. Summary: overpriced mediocre food, needs a new chef and better setup. The food was edible but for $150pp, I expect quality. The drinks were sugary juices. Also they charged us for water. Ridiculous. The experience room needs to be sound proofed or the main dining room music should be lowered. Hard to enjoy the sounds of the ocean or Japan when Cardi B is blaring in the background. The servers are on their game but this experience thing needs major improvements.

    Fantastic food and Servus at Baku. The person before me saying mediocre food has no clue about food quality. I work in the food industry and know how tough it is to consistently deliver a great product. Well done to Baku - highly recommend it!!!!

    We had such a wonderful time at the dinner experience…. Staff was so accommodating…..we definitely recommend this experience ….we want to go back to try the regular menu which looked amazing…..we had appetizer and wine while waiting for experience….

    What an amazing experience this was! My date (who’s a chef) and I booked the experience here and all I can say is wow! From the story telling and the pairings of the cocktails and dishes, to the quality of the food and drinks, and can’t forget the attentiveness of the staff, so worth the money!

    Being the only one there @ 4pm and kitchen was very very slow. Ordered 2 rolls and it took about an hour and change. Staff was nice and came fast to the table. They gave me wrong check initially. Sushi was a bit warm. No idea why. Spicy mayo was eh. Display on food I'd give it about a 7/10. White Sangria was a bit on the dry side. Food a bit overpriced and underwhelming. Expected a bit more. Heard they had an "experience" section for $150 a person. However food isn't much of an experience. Didn't get to try the cocktails or dessert. If I'd had to rate this. I'd give it a 3 star restaurant. Price and food not so much. Luckily enough service was good.

    Duraban 15 min para servir un trago y eso que solo habían 19 personas en el lugar, la comida estuvo razonable el servicio pésimo el bartender estaba pendiente de hacerle tragos a sus amigos que estaban en la barra y el dj se tomaba lo que quedaba de cada trago al desagradable … Hasta el agua te la cobran .

    My partner and I enjoyed this restaurant very much. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Each meal was paired with a drink which made the meal feel more complete. This place in our opinion is a most go to. We enjoyed it very much and hope to be back soon !

    It was a fusion experience in the dark that explains it every dish that we ate with the movie on the walls. Very beautifully put together. It was the timed dining times felt a little rushed, but overall quite an experience.

    Great concept, poorly executed. I really wish I could give more stars. The concept is good, but like many South Florida places, the execution fails. The good: the videos projected on the wall and table makes for a good ambiance and a cool setting Food was tasty and well plated and presented. The only bad plate was the soup/ ramen attempt. It was pretty bad and the mushrooms were completely raw. The bad: Included drinks were way too sweet to the point that when desert came in I didn’t want to eat it. The drinks we had at the bar while we waited for the room to be ready were very good. The ugly: The so call experience fell flat from the start. The point of the experience is that someone would come in after each dish is served and narrate something related to the dish while a video is being displayed. That only happened with the first dish and after that nothing. No guidance. They are supposed to open the dish for you, narrate, etc to make it a real experience but they did nothing. Terrible: at $150 per person plus tax, this experience falls short big time. I would not repeat as it is too much money to justify the lack of excitement and enthusiasm from the staff serving. I hope they really listen and fix the issues as the concept is very unique if we’ll implement.

    We really wanted to have that experience after we saw the promotion on ticktock. The idea is good, the concept is not bad at all, the food is poor and very predictable, the cocktail’s are very basic for the price. We were really expected much more for that price. We have done Michelin starts restaurants in the past, cheaper than this and of course with much more quality. I would not recommend this experience to any of my friends.

    Worst dining experience my husband and I probably ever had. There was absolutely no service, explanation for the dishes, or taste in the food. All of the guests not just us were confused and disappointed at the lack of any type of “experience”, only cheap projectors showing low-quality images on the table. Drinks were impossible to consume, pure sugar. Don’t recommend anyone to waste their time and money on this place.

    Worse experience of my life. I will never talk bad about another restaurant sucking because this one took the cake. I see why you have to pay in advance. It was literally trash. I’d rather eat from a toilet than this. I’ve never left a review because I can careless but this one is to warn the future customers. Food was horrible and experience was awful. Trust me and you will thank me. Run run run to Taco Bell or other fast food chains because they’re even better than this.

    The Baku experience was okay. First they changed our reservation that we made a week in advance and it was on the day of our reservation they called and changed from 8 to 6 so we missed the first fifteen minutes. Second they have low resolution projectors that look so grainy and outdated. Atmos Immersive Dining is probably the better choice.

    Great concept but the experience could be so much better. Instead of telling a story, the video is just a series of images that are not connected and don’t tell a story. The food was adequate but this experience is worth about have the cost. Kabu needs to up their game.

    We chose to sit in the general dining area, which was very small, but nicely decorated and very intimate for a date. The servers were excellent are very attentive to check on you. The drinks were great. Food was good as well. they also had a live DJ to make the atmosphere very energetic and lively.

    For the most part the food was good. The only one i had a probablem with was the soup. There were raw mushrooms in it and they werent seasoned at all. No flavor! And the drinks were all so so sweet. It would have been nice to have a drink pairing that wasnt a sugary cocktail. Maybe sake or wine? Also we had to ask 3 times for water. Which was a bit frustrating seeing as we payed in advance including tip. I think the experience was unique but it could be better with a few minor alterations.

    This “experience” is a scam, and not at all worth the 150 dollars they charge per person. The first two courses were incredibly underwhelming, something I could make at home, and filled with imitation krab. The third course, the ramen, was nearly inedible. The noodles were completely undercooked and the broth was almost flavorless. The drinks were good, but not good enough to make up for the terrible food and gimmicks. The service also left a lot to be desired. There was no water served, and no actual communication with the servers. I am so disappointed I wasted my time and my money here.

    The price of the experience does not match the quality of the food and the drinks. If the price of the experience was $60 then it would be a good match. But for $150 you can get way better food somewhere else. The quality of the food was the same as the frozen TGI Fridays meals you can buy at a grocery store. The service was also not to par. They just had 1 server for the whole table and it was too much for him to handle.

    Winder evening we had a party of 12. Drinks and food were wonderful. But everything came out scattered certain people drink or food took forever I had to tell them my guest want drinks take their orders. We had a cake and I cut my own cake. I would have paid for them to cut it. Didn’t have anything to clean my hands. But when attended it was great. Just would have liked a a lil more attention on god and drinks. I would go back again the food was great.

    First off, I drove almost 2 hrs for the so called experience. I got there on time and enter the restaurant no one greeted us or asked us if we have a reservation or anything. We went up and sat at the bar still no one acknowledged us. I stopped a staff and told her that we’re here for the experience and she told me it’s gonna be 10 mins late long story short. They came and got us 50 mins later and no one apologized. My $341 was a waste, the food choices Was terrible no taste at all. We got sushi, soup, little desert ball, little veggie wrap, drinks taste awful as well, for that money I expected meat like steak. So basically, I wasted $341 for loud noises and flashy lights. Should’ve used that money to shop for clothes. I should’ve just added a few hundred more and go to Atmos food is better there

    $130 per person. Brickell/South Beach prices without the view. Food was great service was okay/good. Overall not a bad experience but for those prices I will go to wynwood/brickell/south Beach etc..
