   Having tried the meatloaf, steak frites, shrimp and peanut noodle salad and burrata and fennel salad at previous visits, I tried the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and spinach this time. It was a special for the evening and just like every previous selection the choice was excellent. Balanced flavors, done perfectly and another great selection! As always, everyone enjoyed their meal, the service was professional and friendly and the menu provided unique twists on dinner favorites. The prices are fair, with good value for the price paid. The only points off were for the very noisy dining room. But, that seems to be the standard for most restaurants, whatever their price point! I guess I must learn to expect and accept that!

   A truly wonderful experience. I took my wife and adult daughter there on a Saturday night for our first time and I can assure you it will not be our last. We started with the Spicy Tuna tartar and crispy avocado rice, If you get a chance order this it is great. Wife had the fresh catch of the day, Cobia which was amazing. Daughter had the Spicy Thai red curry seafood and Linguini, not too strong with the curry and tasted spectacular. I had a Japanese scallop special with pork belly that was out of this world good, so many flavors that made the dish outstanding. We ended with flourless chocolate cake with caramel ice cream, and a banana pudding desert that i cant remember the name of but was out of this world good, ORDER IT!! We will be back!

   A family favorite. The menu is varied and interesting, the quality of the food, the preparation and the presentation are very good and the service is high quality. The host/ess and servers are well-trained and helpful. I highly recommend.

   This is a lovely neighborhood restaurant. Our server Kannon was outstanding. He offered to bring samples of several seasonings we questioned. The chef/owner came over to say hello & further explain the seasonings. I was surprised to notice a significant Thai influence in many of the menu offerings. Though Thai isn’t one of my “go to” cuisines, the dish I had was well prepared and very tasty. My only criticism is the seating. The chairs are the most uncomfortable I’ve sat on - a very hard seat for those of us of average weight. Nice cushions would make for a more comfortable dining experience.

   Enjoyed our dinner alot! The sea bass special was outstanding. The fish was fresh and plantiful and my request to have it served on double asparagus was welcomed. My partner ordered the short ribs. It was combined with fresh pasta and was outstanding. The best discovery of the night was a $45 french pinot noir that tasted like a much more expensive version. And the tiramasui was top notch! Service was attentive but not overly so. My only disappointment was the manhattan...a bit too much sweet vermouth. Highly recommend!

    Daniella was kind, personable, funny, and really seemed to enjoy the menu as much as we did. I had the “Catch of the Day” grouper with chili sauce. Magnificent! My husband had the Black Truffle Burger which again, I will continue to say, THE BEST BURGER IN SARASOTA! We find it to be a sin if one of us doesn’t get it and we try our best as a married couple to share our entrees. Unfortunately, we find ourselves each time we have the burger, fending off the rogue fingers from across the table from the opposite spouse. In this case, sharing was a lost lesson in preschool.
