Outdoor tables for COVID- safe and comfortable - excellent preparation
Their brunch is better than their dinner. Request a table out front, the backyard is very stuffy.
The crowd was so obnoxious that I couldn’t hear the person across the table from me. Through glass dividers. Other than that the food and service were great. Overall very heavy food but the flavor is great and the servers were all super accommodating and kind.
1st time ever at baker and co, and I will for sure be back. My lady and I were just looking for dinner after being out shopping all day and we found this amazing little spot. The service was great, the staff was amazing, interactive, just overall amazing. If you’re planning a date I recommend these guys. Just having a weeknight dinner or lunch? I still recommend these guys. Amazing amazing amazing. Chefs kiss
A very lovely night in the West Village! Food was great, wine list was great and the service was very attentive. The Buratta was to die for!
Amazing dinner with my sister!
I definitely went here solely off good reviews, it definitely did not live up to what i read. The tables were so small our party of 4 couldn’t even put our drinks on the table. The food came pretty fast, but off the first bite it had no flavor. The macaroni and cheese is what everyone says is the best. it was hard, crunchy and had no flavor. This was also my boyfriend’s birthday dinner, really disappointed that i spent over $200 for a meal that no one enjoyed.
Great service and food! We felt really safe dining outside
It is so difficult to find breakfast food other than a diner Monday through Friday. Baker & co truly pulled through for my 12pm breakfast wishes. The prosciutto eggs Benedict with burrata is a must-try. What a great twist on a classic eggs Benedict. Our server Brian was attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and very nice. He made our experience so much better considering it was so hot out. He was consistently refilling our water and clearing our table when appropriate. Will definitely be back!
Very cute setting and atmosphere - service was great.
I usually come here for brunch, but was pleasantly surprised by their dinner menu.
Experiencing a first date night during the pandemic. Great service. Even better food and drinks.
Love it for all occasions. We’ve had weekday dinners, dates and birthday there. The food is delicious.
I was researching outdoor dining and found this place. They have a beautiful back yard with tables. We had salads and sandwiches. Everything was delicious. So happy I found this place.
Sat outdoors- incredible meal, great menu options and every item was superb. Great service - highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I have been dining at Baker & Co for almost 5 years now and it has never stopped being our favorite restaurant. The atmosphere, every member of the staff, the food, and our overall experience is always top notch. This staff really knows how to make a date night special. The complimentary bread w/ ricotta & olives is always perfect and their mac & cheese is the best NYC has to offer.
Their happy hour special is top notch and they never seem to be overwhelmingly crowded, making it a perfect spot to hang with friends. Also their house wines are really good and don't taste cheap like other house wines do. My boyfriend and I like to keep this place a secret and make it our own little hideaway in the city, but i really hope that baker & co continues to thrive and folks get to know the superb standards this restaurant has to offer.
The restaurant was great! The service was good, and the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because the waiters kept on trying to take the dishes away when there was still food / lots of sauce left in the bowl. The food was very good! However, the pricing on the Appetizers was a bit high (same prices as the mains). The pricing on the wine was good! We will come back.
We made a reservation and were sited close to the entrance on bar stool chairs which were really uncomfortable. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to say hi to us. Other than that the food was good, not too expensive. No selection of healthy food, no salads for example.
Good food and service. The noise level was one of the worst in a city of loud restaurants.
Food is always delicious. Tables are very packed together - but hey, that’s NYC!
Food, service and ambiance were all excellent. The scallop/spaghetti squash appetizer and orecchiette pasta were especially delicious! The staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We'll go back!
Lovely spot with excellent pasta dishes. We visited early so the dining area was empty, although the bar was packed. We had our dinner and were able to linger over coffee. The tables here are very close together, so if you like quiet, I would suggest getting there early.
Superb food. Wonderful energy, attentive staff
Went for brunch on Sunday. Sat in the 'green house' at the back. Great food. The restaurant manager, CJ, is amazing. Excellent service.
Such a fun, neighborhood spot! Lovely people, tasty food, great location and place
The food was good. It was a little hot (temperature)z
Very professional and attentive staff and great atmosphere and food.
Small space VERY small, a little overpriced
Cozy & nice ambiance. Servers were all attentive and upbeat.
Lovely wait staff and delicious food.
The service was amazing — great wine recommendation and thoughts on the menu. The waiter also was attentive without being overly so. Food was delicious and ambiance amazing. Will definitely return!
Great food, service and ambiance. Always a good meal
Delightful meal. We had the gnudi, the bucatini with swordfish, and the strip steak. The gnudi was the highlight of the meal, but everything was tasty. Great beer and wine with the food, service was excellent. Will be back.
Excellent service & food, always an enjoyable dinner stop in the West Village!!
I had a small birthday dinner here on a Thursday night and it was absolutely lovely. The service was a tad slow at the beginning but it picked up after we ordered. I had the chicken and tried several different pastas that my friends had ordered. The food was just incredible, could not have been happier with that part. I'm not exactly a foodie but I like a nice variety when I go out. We got the crab cakes which you have to get and then all tried to order something different and try several things. It is perfect for semi-casual celebrations or a date night.
Had a great time with my friends. We were a bunch that just wouldn't leave, but they handled it with grace. Typical with large groups, gratuity was already included, but it would have been nice if the server said so. We all had fix our receipts when my friend noticed.
The food was delicious but it was ruined by the din. The noisiest restaurant I have ever eaten in.
Birthday fun loud great food
It was fine. A nice average experience.
