Very professional and attentive staff and great atmosphere and food.
Small space VERY small, a little overpriced
Cozy & nice ambiance. Servers were all attentive and upbeat.
Lovely wait staff and delicious food.
The service was amazing — great wine recommendation and thoughts on the menu. The waiter also was attentive without being overly so. Food was delicious and ambiance amazing. Will definitely return!
Great food, service and ambiance. Always a good meal
Delightful meal. We had the gnudi, the bucatini with swordfish, and the strip steak. The gnudi was the highlight of the meal, but everything was tasty. Great beer and wine with the food, service was excellent. Will be back.
Excellent service & food, always an enjoyable dinner stop in the West Village!!
I had a small birthday dinner here on a Thursday night and it was absolutely lovely. The service was a tad slow at the beginning but it picked up after we ordered. I had the chicken and tried several different pastas that my friends had ordered. The food was just incredible, could not have been happier with that part. I'm not exactly a foodie but I like a nice variety when I go out. We got the crab cakes which you have to get and then all tried to order something different and try several things. It is perfect for semi-casual celebrations or a date night.
Had a great time with my friends. We were a bunch that just wouldn't leave, but they handled it with grace. Typical with large groups, gratuity was already included, but it would have been nice if the server said so. We all had fix our receipts when my friend noticed.
The food was delicious but it was ruined by the din. The noisiest restaurant I have ever eaten in.
Birthday fun loud great food
It was fine. A nice average experience.
Really special small Italian restaurant with great food and charming service. We had one of the best Montepulchiano D'Abruzzo bottles we have had. Highly recommend it.
I've been here twice, once for brunch and and more recently for dinner. The food was delicious, the server polite and and attentive. The only issue is that most of the water glasses had large scratches on them from being stacked. The scratches were very thick and made the glasses look dirty at first glance. Aside from that, I thought the decor was cute. They had fake candles in mini paper bags, so it's not fancy, but the lighting was lovely. Try to get a seat in the back.
Definitely go here for brunch and try their Eggs Benedict.
A very cozy friendly place with good food and nice service.
Happy hour is awesome. So reasonable. Food is good. The pork chop is huge and tasty. But the service is bar like and can be a little disappointing. Probably my 5th time but won’t return againfor a full dinner. But happy hour definitely okay.
Great food, great restaurant, excellent service, will come again soon
Was N incredible experi
The food here is just ok for a Michelin rated restaurant. We ordered the lamb sausage skewer and the burger which were both delicious. We also ordered the venison which was delicious, but the celery purée needed a little more flavor. The wine and service were amazing!
Don’t go if you are sensitive to noise and want to hear your table mate. Food was good. Seating was tight. Service was lacking. Waited close to an hour to be served.
Wonderful food. Beautiful fresh modern Italian cooking
Food was delicious (the burger and gnodi pasta dish were excellent). We will definitely be back! Very reasonably priced. I like that you’re able to make a dinner reservation for 2 people.
It is a small and cute restaurant. It was very quiet in the morning but we liked it that way. That is a type of restaurant where you can relax and ear your conversation. The place is beautiful. The service wasn’t that amazing but it was not bad neither. I do recommended!
Amazing food! Plenty of shareable items and options for anyone with dietary restrictions. Love this place!
a little loud but excellent service and food
Still my favorite neighborhood restaurant in the West Village. The food is always excellent, the service could not be friendlier, it's a great value, and all with a romantic, special-occasion ambience.
Was a very good experience. My wife and I popped in for happy hour and liked it so much we returned for dinner another day. Both experiences were excellent. The owner was very attentive to every detail and the servers warm and personable. We will definitely return again next time in NYC
Excellent food - loved the bucatini and swordfish! Great service as well. Would recommend despite noise level and tight space for tables.
A real gem in the Village. Such a lovely garden and wonderful food. I will definitely go again.
Popped in for a late lunch/early dinner and was underwhelmed. The restaurant is tiny which gives it an intimate feel and there is a covered outdoor space in the very back that accommodates 2-3 tables.
Was seated right away, staff was friendly but the service was slow. Took awhile for our 3 pasta entrees & burger to come but they did give us bread with a Ricotta spread.
Burger was undercooked and the pastas were edible but largely forgettable which was disappointing given the prices. I had a Tagliatelle Mushroom Butter Truffle special and it was pretty flavorless (added a lot of salt & red pepper flakes to give it a kick). Did have a Brussel sprout-cauliflower dish which was tasty though. Overall an uneven experience.
Small and nice, great food and the attention was great
We enjoyed our meal here. Eating in the Garden area was very nice! The food and service were both exceptional.
Food is good and I love the location, but it was very loud when we were there for brunch. It was difficult to hear my friends talk.
Food was amazing. Good size portions, definitely get your money’s worth. Service was excellent!
Lovely meal. Great ingredients and beautifully presented. The staff were efficient and friendly. Really good wine list too. Great neighborhood place.
The food was exceptional! The back patio was a very great atmosphere and the service was efficient and friendly.
I rated noise as moderate because we were there on Labor day weekend when it was empty. That made everything probably better than normal. But we were there before when it was full and happy enough to go back. Some interesting menu items and a nice wine list. From my special vegetarian perspective, there were not a ton of choices, but all the dishes we had were good. The crispy artichoke was a surprise - not the heavy greasy dish you would expect but more like a salad, but with artichokes to satisfy.
great brunch place with really good food selections! service was phenomenal!
Food and service good very noisy
