Great food, great restaurant, excellent service, will come again soon
Was N incredible experi
The food here is just ok for a Michelin rated restaurant. We ordered the lamb sausage skewer and the burger which were both delicious. We also ordered the venison which was delicious, but the celery purée needed a little more flavor. The wine and service were amazing!
Don’t go if you are sensitive to noise and want to hear your table mate. Food was good. Seating was tight. Service was lacking. Waited close to an hour to be served.
Wonderful food. Beautiful fresh modern Italian cooking
Food was delicious (the burger and gnodi pasta dish were excellent). We will definitely be back! Very reasonably priced. I like that you’re able to make a dinner reservation for 2 people.
It is a small and cute restaurant. It was very quiet in the morning but we liked it that way. That is a type of restaurant where you can relax and ear your conversation. The place is beautiful. The service wasn’t that amazing but it was not bad neither. I do recommended!
a little loud but excellent service and food
Still my favorite neighborhood restaurant in the West Village. The food is always excellent, the service could not be friendlier, it's a great value, and all with a romantic, special-occasion ambience.
Was a very good experience. My wife and I popped in for happy hour and liked it so much we returned for dinner another day. Both experiences were excellent. The owner was very attentive to every detail and the servers warm and personable. We will definitely return again next time in NYC
Excellent food - loved the bucatini and swordfish! Great service as well. Would recommend despite noise level and tight space for tables.
A real gem in the Village. Such a lovely garden and wonderful food. I will definitely go again.
Popped in for a late lunch/early dinner and was underwhelmed. The restaurant is tiny which gives it an intimate feel and there is a covered outdoor space in the very back that accommodates 2-3 tables.
Was seated right away, staff was friendly but the service was slow. Took awhile for our 3 pasta entrees & burger to come but they did give us bread with a Ricotta spread.
Burger was undercooked and the pastas were edible but largely forgettable which was disappointing given the prices. I had a Tagliatelle Mushroom Butter Truffle special and it was pretty flavorless (added a lot of salt & red pepper flakes to give it a kick). Did have a Brussel sprout-cauliflower dish which was tasty though. Overall an uneven experience.
Small and nice, great food and the attention was great
We enjoyed our meal here. Eating in the Garden area was very nice! The food and service were both exceptional.
Food is good and I love the location, but it was very loud when we were there for brunch. It was difficult to hear my friends talk.
Food was amazing. Good size portions, definitely get your money’s worth. Service was excellent!
Lovely meal. Great ingredients and beautifully presented. The staff were efficient and friendly. Really good wine list too. Great neighborhood place.
The food was exceptional! The back patio was a very great atmosphere and the service was efficient and friendly.
I rated noise as moderate because we were there on Labor day weekend when it was empty. That made everything probably better than normal. But we were there before when it was full and happy enough to go back. Some interesting menu items and a nice wine list. From my special vegetarian perspective, there were not a ton of choices, but all the dishes we had were good. The crispy artichoke was a surprise - not the heavy greasy dish you would expect but more like a salad, but with artichokes to satisfy.
great brunch place with really good food selections! service was phenomenal!
Food and service good very noisy
Good but not great food
Service very good
Very reasonable price but the food is nothing special - could have made it myself.
A dependable Village restaurant for good, tasty food, with wonderful, but not fawning, service.
Cute restaurant, nice patio, friendly staff; will definitely return. Food was excellent!
Yummy food! Good service! Very small restaurant! Had a great time with my friends for my birthday celebration!
The ambience is the epitome of NYC dining in the summer. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service was a little slow/non friendly yesterday, but in the past has been great.
I got the paccheri with eggplant, burrata and pesto and my boyfriend got the lasagna. Both were delicious and the decor was super cute. It got kind of loud, but that didn’t take away from the deliciousness of the food!
My order got a bit mixed up (ordered no butter on english muffin, but it was buttered). It was very busy and loud, so instead of saying anything, I just ate the bread from the bread basket with my poached egg. My friend got a (huge) brunch meal and very much liked it. Cute place, darling outside patio. Only negatives were NOISE (as is the issue with many NYC places), and there was only one bathroom (for everyone). Luckily there weren't too long of lines.
It was a quiet Friday lunch and the quality was blah considering how quiet it was
Good food and service. Host new we wanted a quite table. But then out a loud party of seven next to us.
The prosciutto and truffle eggs Benedict is the most amazing dish I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Adorable place, friendly staff, outstanding food and impressive portions. I loved the scrambled egg/bacon and greens dish - it was outstanding. I also enjoyed the favs/pea/fennel and mint salad. I’ll definitely return, in fact it will be my new “go-to” for the Village.
Good food good service. Nice seating by the window
The back garden patio has AC. It was a fabulous dinner for my friend, his family and I. The food was excellant, wine was delightful. And the kids enjoyed the meal.
Thanks to all.
Great experience! Food was delicious!
We sat in the outdoor area which comfortable. The service was lovely. I liked that the menu offered a variety of choices without being overwhelming.
A first course of fried calamari, shrimp, and artichokes was large enough for our table of six to share. The paccheri with eggplant, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and pesto was well made. My husband had a hamburger with skinny, well crisped fries that both looked and tasted delicious. A pear tart with a scoop of chocolate ice cream topped off the meal
Beers on draft, speciality cocktails and wine were generously served. I had spritz with Cappelletti ( similar to Aperol) with arrived in a wine glass filled to the top.
An enjoyable experience.
Great hidden gem....wouldn't know from the outside. Very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Food and drinks were delish. Def would revisit!
We had a great Friday night dinner at Baker & Co. Had an 8:15pm reservation. They had a table ready for us when we arrived but 2 people in our party were running 10 minutes late, so we ended up having to wait a little longer as they gave that table away. We sat in the back patio which was very charming and had great ambiance. Our server was on top of things, yet also didn't rush us out. Everything we ate was very good, though I wouldn't say anything was phenomenal. The croquettes appetizer was my favorite part. Overall, a lovely experience and would return.
