Bake 360 is a world class bakery that was opened in 2012 by husband and wife team Roy and Jennifer Olsen. The café was launched in 2014, offering brunch plates with a European influence. In 2016, Chef Jeffrey Sanich was brought on board to launch a dinner menu that ties together old world influences with vegetable driven, contemporary American cuisine.

Great food, good cocktails, very nice staff, and a pleasant environment. My husband and I will be back for date night!

I've been a long time customer of Bake 360 and was delighted to learn that they're now offering dinner. I was not disappointed! Everything was deliciously well prepared and the service was excellent. Generous portions too. I'll be happy to return to see what other seasonal offerings are in store!

Wow... great dining experience as the Bake360 team expands into dinner service! I'm going to enjoy this gem while I can before people realize it is there; having a top notch dining experience in Draper is not something I'd normally expect. We started with the fried pickles, which were actually pickled beets and pickled romanesco broccoli, lightly battered and placed with a yummy sauce. I had the sablefish, and it might have been the best fish I've ever eaten. Tender, moist, and carmelized to perfection. My wife had the Mary's chicken, which was also amazing. Full disclosure - I know the owners personally. That has not altered my review, though... Bake360 for dinner is a great thing!
