This restaruant is mostly tacos, and they were very good and tasty. The pork tacos were excellent. The salad I had was just a little "tired", but still enjoyable. The mixed drinks were tasty but the beer choices were few and some were in short supply. Overall, a good experience. I recommend it.

Food was disappointing. Everyones meal had issues. The owner of this establishment needs to take a hard look at the kitchen process to improve quality of the product being served. Hope these guys can make it.

Outdoor seating only. Windy so it was a bit cool. Service was a bit slow and quite a few mistakes. But very friendly servers. Food was decent. Grilled our meat on a charcoal table top brazier. Beet salad was fantastic and Mac and cheese outstanding.

We saw good reviews about this place so made a reservation. We were the only guests around 6/7 pm. We ordered fried veggies and a pizza. But first out came stale bread that the poor boy tried to rejuvenate in a toaster and served with some kind of awful smelling sauce. Veggies came in a shell that was left after scooping out the insides of an eggplant, it looked dried out and veggies have not been grilled long enough. Then came the pizza. We asked to make half of it one way and half with other ingredients but our request got denied. That was already a red flag. When pizza came it was store bought base thin as a cracker and two kinds of shredded cheese was dropped on the base as well as some pieces of fatty beef i believe it was. Just terrible. Staff was attentive and updated us on how soon the food would come but would not recommend this place at all.

Baja Karbon has some of the most delicious bbq I have tried. A true gem in San Jose del Cabo. Must try the pork belly tacos they are crunchy and delicious. You must try the picaña. It was super tender and the house rub had an amazing flavor.

We had a fantatic experience at Baja Karbon. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was beyond expectations. We'll definitely be returning.

We loved it! Our steak, hamburger, ribs, and flank steak were delicious! They accommodated our little ones by making plain pasta with butter instead of the Mac & Cheese (which was delicious too), and the Tina appetizer was to DIE for!
