But possibly the best reason to visit Baja Haus is for its party-like atmosphere, large bar area, and a few of Wayzata’s most well-known drink masters, Josh Friedt (Owner) and Troy Vasquez. The duo have crafted a cocktail program unlike any other. The tequila and mezcal-centric cocktails provide a warm-weather backdrop for a Bad Hombre with habanero and serrano infused mezcal; or a Sexy Mongolian with ginger liquor, fresh lime, ginger beer, and more mezcal.

I made a reservation because Restaurant Week said you were participating - I linked from their site. I'd never heard of your restaurant. We were a party of 4 and were surprised when we were told you are not participating which was a disappointment. Our waitress apologized. We all really liked our food. The entree prices were not crazy but chips, quac and salsa was $18 and not many chips. The guac was outstanding, the salsa was okay and the amounts were not enough for one person. The haus margarita was delicious! We all said we'd return.
Just went to Baja Haus in Wayzata on a whim. Great drinks, great food, great service. We will be back.

Our meals at the Baja Haus have been consistently good. We love the ambiance in there and they are handling the Covid requirements well. It is typically loud and energetic, bright and fun. With capacity only at 50% it is still bright and fun but not as loud and energetic which was actually kind of nice. Burritos are very good.

Food was great and the service was outstanding. My only reason for not giving five stars is the vegetarian tacos were very underwhelming for the price - they need something of substance like tofu or maybe even crispy hearts of palm. Everything else we had was great.
