We sat down right at the reservation time. Our waiter was prompt and was well spoken. He went over the menu with us because neither of us in my party had been there before. The entire atmosphere was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and this place was great! I will be back! Shout out to our waiter -Demetrius!! A handsome, attentive and thoughtful young man!

Slow!! Maybe we caught them on an off day, but the time between ordering and receiving food was ridiculously long. This is made worse by the gaps between the food being delivered. Food was fine, but not the quality level it should be for the price.

They were out of every single thing on the menu including vegetables and wine. I went to a seafood restaurant and had fried wings and french fries. All the people around us had the exact same experience. It was ridiculous. They really should’ve closed.

The food was excellent, flavors popped. Service was really not great. Had to ask to have our appetizer plate to be removed. Had to ask for our bill at the end. No dessert or coffee offerings. The server was wonderful and apologetic for the mishaps. Management was sorely lacking here.

We had 6:00pm reservations. We were seated right away. We were told that the seafood boil was already sold out for the night and the Chilean sea bass was substituted with mahi mahi. Disappointing. The wait staff was friendly and seemed to be trying their best but our entrees took a long time to come after the appetizers and then two of the four meals came out with the third and fourth meal being delivered order the course of the next 15 minutes. Most of the food was served below proper temperature. I will say the flavors were good on the dishes we ordered. Also, it is a pretty restaurant.

The place is very nice. Food is great and delicious. Service is just ok. The timing of food is very very slow. It took 30 minutes between courses and at one point they ran out of wine glasses. A little strange for the restaurant that has been opened for 4 years.

My husband and I were in town for work purposes and it happened to be our anniversary! Found out about Bait on TikTok and decided to try their brunch. It did not disappoint!Everything was delicious. First time here and we were very impressed. I'm going to start with the staff, since that was the real standout. From the hostess to the server to the various staff that interacted with us at the table (bringing food, clearing plates, etc.), all were top notch. The consistent excellence in attitude and execution really stood out. Can't say enough. The food was very good (sea bass, squid ink pasta and a burger at the table) as well with nice portion sizes, well prepared and presented. We had one small glitch at the end of the night. They appeared to have one person mixing drinks for the entire place, so a couple of drinks at the end of the night took too long to arrive, but it was easily forgiven for the rest of the experience. The space is very well designed. Upscale feeling without being over the top or pretentious. It was fairly loud once the place started to fill up, but where is it not these days? (Inside voices, people!!)

Delicious! We started with the Brussels and they were amazing-wish I could copy it for home. I had the steak and lobster-the sauce for both was really good and my steak was cooked beautifully. My husband had the pasta-and here’s the only thing-I wish I had ordered it! My steak and lobster was delicious, but the pasta was just perfection. I took off one star because our server was super nice, but she kept forgetting or taking a bit long here and there on things we asked for. Didn’t ruin our meal at all-attitude makes a big difference-just would have been a tad better had she remembered. 10/10 would recommend eating here.

I travel quite a bit domestically and internationally…hands down Bait is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere! The food and service is always consistent. I’m looking forward to trying their Brunch in the coming weeks. I highly recommend.

It was a great dining experience! The only thing they need to work on is the bar. It took a while to get a drink and no bar area if you would like to have a drink before or after.

Food both choices and preparations were outstanding. Both Brunel sprouts and calamari are really salads with small amounts of each menu item listed. Wine list is the most reasonably priced of any restaurant in st liouyis

The seating is too close to other tables, I'm not interested in hearing others conversations. I ordered the Salmon & I wished the portion was larger. I will probably give it another try, I want to support new restaurants.
