Arrived on time at 6pm, on a Thursday. Restaurant was closed. Communication between partners needs work.
my 5:30 reservation was accepted, however upon arrival there was a sign on the door stating they were closed and closed until March 3rd. Communication breakdown for sure. Disappointed.
This review is not pertainable to actually dining at Bailey's. We found out when we got there, that they were closed. They were able to contact everyone who made reservations. I believe since I didn't make my reservations until the day before, they did not get to contact me. I will go back once I'm in town again.
Everything was exceptional except food took over an hour to get to us. It was explained that my pork would take 30 minutes, but it took much longer. Wait staff came to our table 3 times to clear, we had to tell them we hadn't received order yet. When food arrived, my veggies were cold.
Love Bailey’s!! This is our fifth visit and we have never been disappointed!
Very quiet restaurant..was not expecting that! Staff were wonderful and bread on table was delicious! The chicken I ordered was "too salty" (for me and my friend), and the angel hair pasta with vegetables was "a little bland." Next time I will order something else. Lovely restaurant with friendly staff!!
Didn't know of Baileys and received a gift card. Nicely decorated, quiet and intimate which I loved. All the food was hot when came out. waiter and staff were on top of everything. Drink refills, clearing the table, boxing up items. I had the prime rib which was melt in your mouth. Was a little fatty but I actually like some fat. Yes, I would recommend
Great ambiance and wonderful service. Food was delicious but Prime Rib was not hot when served and had to send back. Ordered desserts which was delicious but took 15 minutes of wait time to receive it. All in all it was an enjoyable experience and will definitely go back again.
Service was friendly, but quite slow due to a large party in the other room. Several servers waited on us trying to accomodate the delays, but food took nearly an hour. The food and desserts were delicious. I will give the restaurant another try, as I have heard much better reviews.
We had a wonderful time!!! Delicious. Service with a smile. Thank you!
We went on a Friday night and the food was fantastic I had a prime rib that was very tasty. My wife had ribs which were extremely good with garlic mashed potatoes! The service was great, very attentive and professional. This is a hidden gem in Zion will defiantly be going back!
Terrible experience. Took my parents out for my mom’s birthday before a concert at the Genesee theater. Told server and staff that we had to make it to the concert and ordered our food quickly. Bottom line, after several delays and 3 different “only be another 5 minutes” we left without ever getting our food. Good thing that we had some bread. Other patrons had the same experience as we spoke with a few of them. Never going back there
We loved our recent visit. Staff was so nice, food was delicious and the inside was soooo cool! Will definitely go back!
It was not very crowded the night that we were there so the service and noise level readings might not be indicative of all times. Everything was very good, especially the warm bread with three different spreads. The loaded potato soup was also good. But everything was good.
Everything was great from the walk through the door..Great service...food...atmosphere...Would recommend for sure!
Service and food was good. Highly recommend the bruschetta and chicken pot pie. Definitely will be back
Food was delicious! Staff was great too!
The prime rib was pre-cut and then (over) re-heated. My request for the "pink" option was ignored. My meat was gray and not good. The potato soup was good, apps were good and dessert was pretty darn good. Still, went for the prime rib "deal" which was no longer going on apparently, so I paid more for a meal that I wasn't even happy with. Not sure I will give them another shot.
The ambiance is always pleasant and the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The lavender margarita was very good and I would order it again. The rest of the food that we ordered that night was not as wonderful as other times when we have eaten there
Smaller than I thought it would be. Completely reminded me of Dorr County Wis. I think they will get better and figure it out.
