Excellent service, nicely spaced tables and ambiance, delicious steaks
A special night meeting Trevor Morley who was our waiter 35 years ago and is now a Captain. My photo album included his photo from 1985 making Bahamian coffee at our table. Meeting Trevor again after all these years was the highlight of our trip!! I made photo copies for Trevor so he could cherish the memories of Paradise Island before it was Atlantis.... thank you for a fabulous dinner and treating us to the old fashioned Bahamian Paradise!!
Insupportable. On vous demande de patienter 30 à 45mn pour avoir votre table même avec une réservation . Ils font du surbooking. Les clients étaient furieux
Walter at the bar, the amazing front desk hostess and Kendrick as a wait were superb as always
Overpriced and extremely mediocre. They know they ‘got you’ as a tourist trap food factory. Will not repeat this experience.
They could not find our reservation made a week before, and confirmed the day before. I had to go on a wait list that took 40 minutes to be seated. Hostess is completely disorganized. I had to show her my email confirmation as proof, but it did not matter to her.
Prosecco served in a margarita glass
Kids don’t do well here
Service seemed rushed. We were one of the first to be seated and we were placed next to the wait station which distracted us from our meal.
Also, was supposed to be business casual dress, and a number of people were dressed down. If you are going to have a dress code, enforce it or get rid of the dress code.
Great service and amazing food!!
The service was impeccable. Our wine we ordered was not available so they upgraded our wine choice without upcharge. Food was hot, delicious and served at a nice slow pace as not to rush our dining experience. We loved it.
Ordered the snapper and it was very "fishy" tasting... so bad that I could not eat it. Our waiter did remove it from our bill and also gave us a complimentary dessert which we appreciated, but I would have rather had a good meal! Would not return here.
Always a pleasure to eat here. Staff is amazing, food always top notch, no waiting and we thoroughly enjoy dining here. We will return.
We went here for New Year’s Eve dinner. We had a 9pm reservation and weren’t seated until 10:30pm!!! The staff didn’t care at all whatsoever that we were going to miss all of our New Years plans since we were being seated so late and didn’t so much as send a glass of complimentary champagne over to the table. We ultimately wound up ordering and eating as soon as we sat down and didn’t get to enjoy any of the meal. Horrible experience and will never, EVER be back the staff couldn’t have been more rude and no apology was given. Disgusting.
Very nice restaurant. The food was amazing and minimal wait times. We enjoyed it and will visit again.
Great dinner, beautiful food- quiet and private. Reservation ran over for a hour though!
Classic steak house feel in the Bahamas. Great service. I ordered the snapper and it wasn't as good as the steaks the rest of my party ordered. Have been here a few times, and it is definitely one of the higher class options at Atlantis.
Hostess was overwhelmed. There really wasn’t much of a point in making reservation. Waited 90 minutes to be seated. Wine came half way through the meal. I had French onion soup, a fillet, and a baked potato. I could’ve made all three better. My wife ordered a Caesar salad and specifically asked for no anchovies. She ended up having to spit out a bunch of anchovies into her dinner napkin.
Slow, rude staff, waited 20 minutes for a drink
45 min wait table for 4 w a reservation
Great food. The Queen's cut and Bahamian coffee were the best! Price is similar to a nice meal where we live, not outrageous like some others suggested - we had the hamachi tartar, conch chowder, prime ribs, lobster ($60), a dessert, 2 drinks + Bahamian coffee. Total came down to $240.
Service kind and friendly
Food did not wow
Automatic gratuity of 15% and vat tax of 12.5%
The food was much poorer quality than previously and service was mediocre
Food is amazing..... however the management is less than acceptable. We have been here several times with amazing experience- until this evening. Once our food was served the manager asked us to move -rudely may I ad. However, by the time they reseated us our lobster was cold. Glad for the party of 5 - yes 5 that were seated - in the midst of us being served our meal. I’ve actually just never been treated like this in a nice restaurant- I’m disappointed.
Vacation. Awesome place and great food and service.
Great night at the Bahamian Club. Nice selection of appetizers, steaks cooked to order and sides more than ample for two. Nice setting and attentive servers. We will definitely make this one of our go to restaurants at Atlantis.
We were on vacation attending a wedding on the weekend. I was here many years ago and was one of my favorite restaurants at that time. I was so looking forward to our dinner. We had a 8:30 reservation. We were seated at a reasonable time. The place was not full. They sat us right by the front door. There were many other tables available. We ordered drinks while we looked over the menu. The drinks were served and they did a good job. For appetizers 3 of us had the onion soup and one had crab cake. Our soups were barely warm. I was intrigued by the prime rib cart that consisted of two available sizes of prime rib that was served with mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and Yorkshire pudding. Three of us ordered the prime rib, 1 queen cut and 2 larger cuts. Others had fish and strip steak. All our prime ribs were cold over cooked and tough. Not very good at all and were quite disappointing. The waiter seemed to be nice however he never came to ask if we wanted another drink or wine. The night was a bust, over priced and over cooked.
We enjoy this restaurant and love the attention although there were a few in snags in the service. Our table location was uncomfortable with people squeezing by us. I commend the hostess accommodating us when they said they could not find our reservation which was made several weeks earlier via Open Table.
our Server seemed sleepy and not attentive. No eye contact. He took our order and when our dishes came they gave me the wrong one and said oh you must have switched seats which I didn’t. Then I ordered the snapper and he brought me the salmon. A mild apology and no effort to make it right. He said it would take a long time to get my entree.
The hostess confirmed our table for 3 then proceeded to try to seat us at a table for 2. I asked where our daughter was going to sit then she took us to a four top. Not a luxury experience. Not worth the money
It was a great relaxing time. The meal was excellent and the service very friendly and fast.
Best place we dinned at Atlantis. If you a sophisticated and enjoy quality food and drink it’s for you. Elegant place!
Food is bland, servers are chaotic and not friendly, which is most likely due to the 15% tip already included so they dont even try.
For 220$ i expected a 5 star meal, we stayed at the Riu palace right next door and all of their all inclusive restaurants blew Bahamian Club out of the water in regards to service, quality and obviously price.
Will never return to this place again. Highly disappointed.
We visited for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service. We were seated quickly...drinks and appetizers came fast...the main meal was disappointing. My wife and I both ordered surf and turf. The filet was dry and flavorless and lobster was rubbery. Even the bread at the table had 0 flavor.
The staff is exceptional.
We went for our 20th anniversary as it was rated a top romantic place to go. We had a 7:30 reservation and were seated quickly. Our booth was extremely oversized, to the point of not being able to reach the table when sitting on the bench. We decided to sit next to each other so we could hear the other over the noise in the room and reach the table (which we moved). We proceeded to wait 30 minutes before our drinks and bread came. Our order was finally taken and within 24 minutes our appetizers and entrees were brought out. During this time the fire alarm went off 3 times with nobody moving or providing advice as to the nature of the alarm. We also were not asked if we wanted another drink or how our food tasted. The food was exceptionally bland and the service nonexistent. I would stay away from this restaurant.
The place is nice but the food salty and the service a bit shoddy. There are other better restaurant options on the island that this one can be forgone...
The food was excellent. Our waiters, Trever & Jamal, were fantastic. My Bohemian coffee was superb. I love the presentation for the coffee. Great restaurant!
Amazing experience!! The food was outstanding! The service was attentive,’knowledgeable and overall fabulous!! Will go back next time!!
