Dane what is a server not only was he prompt with everything but he had a personality and made us feel very comfortable. I thought everybody was very nice and courteous despite all of the people looking for tables, our reservation was honored and we just had to wait a few minutes until they cleared the table off. Made a reservation for 7:15 and got seated at 7:35, not impressed as I had the in-laws with me. Waitress was good and then had to cook, other waitresses stepped up for her and all was good. They did great. Bad rating is for lack of timeliness to honor our reservation time.

Angel was our server and she was absolutely amazing! Always smiling and gave exceptional recommendations on everything including the best drinks and entrees. The vibe inside and out made us feel like we were back in the islands. The staff all looked like they worked well together and helped each other out. Food was quick and I highly recommended the pineapple shrimp or chicken!

Food and drinks were awesome, and overall experience was fairly good. However, we had put in a reservation well ahead of time. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting 25 minutes past the reservation time to be seated. We also indicated we’d like table, not booth, seating, outside. Ended up being seated in a booth, inside. When inquiring about the location and type of seating, we were promptly dismissed. Would recommend being more accommodating and more polite in these future situations, as there were both elderly and medical considerations in our party. Had bragged about the service and restaurant, as our visitors had never been there. Sadly, they indicated they would not be returning. We will continue to be loyal patrons. Thank you!

Our whole experience was fantastic. We had a reservation and were promptly seated by a very friendly host. Our server Sam was friendly and helpful the whole time. We all had the seafood paella which was delicious and the portions were generous enough for us to take home for lunch. In a busy tourist area, this was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Went with my family ( party of 7) to have dinner for new year eve. Our server was great, we waited a little bit to be seated ( our reservation was at 7:45 - we were seated at 8:12 ) totally fine since was New Year’s Eve. We enjoyed our dinner a lot.

We shared meals at our table because the portions are large but the menu is amazing. Our son has food allergies and the staff helped us navigate everything easily so he was able even have his first dessert out on our vacation, allowing him to order off menu to accommodate. Fantastic service!

The food was lovely, Key Lime Pie was amazing. The portions of food are big. Waitress did get distracted by another customer so didn't take all of our orders for desserts, so had to ask when she came back. Cocktails were good.

Didn’t want to spend the $$$$ for WDW dining so decided to venture and find something realistic. Thankful we could reserve via open table and happy to get to eat at this location. Service, food and drinks were what we needed after long day of travel. Location of restaurant perfect bc we were able to grab souvenirs close by. Definitely enjoyed drinks!

Jasmine was excellent. Food was just ok. Runner dropped a hot plate and didn't warn us. My wife burnt her finger. Fries were undercooked, ribs were good. Salmon was small and had wayyyyy too much sauce on it. Just to name a few.
