Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the outdoor dining, drink specials that were so pretty and tasty and food was good fresh comfort food!

Terrible experience. We were seated next to a party of about 20, who screamed and cackled uncontrollably the entire time. Then they were all arguing with the server over their checks which caused us to have EXTREMELY slow service. Our food was good but the server could not be attentive to us, and as such we had empty drinks for the duration of our meal. Overall the experience was substandard and disappointing.

We met up with old friends, so it was really nice to see them. Appetizer was the beef patties and they were extremely overcooked. The coconut shrimp was over fried and the mashed potatoes that came with. It were extremely cold, but the other two dishes, the lobster pasta I don’t know exactly what it was called because the other two people had it was extremely hot that the steam was coming off of it so you knew that it was, either re-cooked or something but it was sitting under the heat lamps a while. That cream sauce was already hardening on top. Overall is very good. Our server was amazing. I think his name is Jon. I did not pay the bill so I can’t tell you what the value was but everything was good.

Yesterday evening (7/16/22) around 5pm my husband and I made reservations. We noted the special occasion on the reservation although no one acknowledged it. We decided to get a few drinks and eat elsewhere afterwards. We sat side-by-side at the bar. The bartender was nice, but he wasn’t that great. I can’t recall his name but he was a young white male with black hair. When we ordered a second round of pina coladas, the guy didn’t use new glasses. We watched him take our glasses and refill our pina coladas by putting our cups under the spout of the frozen drink machine while our straws were still in them. Yikes. That is the only reason why I’m leaving this review. Also, he refilled our order wrong. He mixed it with strawberry this time instead of making plain pina coladas, then said “my bad” most people like it mixed though. He politely agreed to throw those away. Fortunately, another guy with a big beard named Sterlin was there, walking around helping all of the customers at the bar. I believe he was a manager. He was extremely professional and friendly to everyone. He asked if we’d like another round of pina coladas. They were so delicious, we said yes to a third and final round. Sterlin gave us brand new glasses instead of refilling our used ones. Much appreciated.

Cocktails were watered down. Service was slow. Rice was undercooked. Steak was tough. Nothing had very much flavor. It had been a while since we had been here and wow, the food was nothing like it used to be. Bland island food at best. Our server was very inattentive and it took way too long. Not worth the $100 we spent. Probably will not return.

We are a family that often needs some extra support because we have a son with severe autism. Our server Montana was attentive, patient, and hardworking. She made sure to quickly put our appetizer & drink orders in so we could get happy hour pricing, she put our childrens order in first, and she helped us when the guacamole wasn’t completely fresh & needed to be switched out. The food was good & the atmosphere was really relaxing. Definitely recommend for families!
