We enjoyed the evening with our family and friends. We had a nice evening. Thanks.
Service was horrible! 3 beers took 25 minutes to come out. We received our appetizers and didn’t have any utensils or plates. Couldn’t find our server or any server to bring utensils or plates, apps sat and got cold. Seems like they can’t handle being busy. Servers were super slow. Manager just stood in the back watching. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Will definitely not go back.
We enjoy coming here for the variety of Caribbean food. Tastes great.
Thanks for a nice evening. We enjoyed the great tasting food and the service.
Belated Valentines Day dinner with my wife.
Atmosphere was lively. Music in the background. Lots going around. Foods and drinks were good.
It was just ok
We made a reservation. Got there 7 minutes late due to traffic and reservation was cancelled even though host told us cancellations were normally cancelled after 10 minutes
Very noisy and food lukewarm
Restaurant was overly air-conditioned.
Tia T. was an excellent server. She was very attentive, courteous and conscientious. Tia anticipated what you needed even before you knew it. Her stellar customer service attitude along with delicious food made for an outstanding dining experience. Will definitely ask for Tia again during our next visit! The manager was great too.
Our server Sharon was very good. Despite a very busy bar she got our drink order in and brought our margarita and mojito after a short wait. I had the paella and my husband had the Cuban sandwich and both we’re delicious. We sat outside on a beautiful evening and there was a DJ playing music. Nice atmosphere for a Saturday evening. The only downside of this restaurant is the hostess stand. This is my third visit to this restaurant and each time my reservation was not recognized as requested. The first visit there were 3 of us and they tried to seat us at a bar table for 2. The second visit we requested an outside table at the time the reservation was made and they tried to sit us inside at a bar table. This time we requested an outside table when we made the reservation and when we checked bin they told us none were available and we had to sit inside. On all 3?visits I asked for a manager and we were seated outside. They need more competent hostess staff.
This is a fun quirky chain restaurant with a Caribbean flair. Just remember that most food here is sort of spicy. But that is what this flavor is known for. Our waitress was excellent and worked to tweak our meals to just our liking. I really liked that I could order a lighter (smaller portion). Overall a good value.
The food was just okay, over priced, and the service was slow considering there were several open tables. I have been to many other locations and they were all much better.
Mediocre service. No water, no bread, forgot appetizer, no "Thank you and good night" before we left. Although we gave 20% tip, Paul W. needs some training update.....
Newly opened restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. Service was awful. Server couldn’t answer any questions we had. She had to ask someone else. After we ordered an appetizer and drinks we decided to eat at another restaurant. Asked her to check on my rewards points and had no clue and said she couldn’t do it. Said I would need to go online and check them
Manager came over and said he would need to enter a code on my phone. That’s not how it’s done in Ft. Myers. Smooth and easy and servers much more professional. Was visiting and know never to go back to Bahama Breeze in Ft. Lauderdale.
we had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time. Food was average at best - it's a chain restaurant...there are plenty of other places in the area if you want seafood.
Their happy hour half-price appetizers are a fantastic deal...and delicious! Everything we tried was very good. Very nicely decorated restaurant.
Service was absolutely terrible. We loved the look of this Bahama Breeze compared to other ones around the county, but the service was slow, he never checked on us and when we asked another server for help, he told us to wait while he tried to find the assigned person. Never going back unless getting take out.
Love their 1/2 price appetizers during happy hour! Nice environment. Plenty of options.
Not thrilled with the food or service. Won’t be back anytime soon
Went here for my Wife’s Birthday and overall we had a really good time!!
We were told there was no table outside and when we walk out there is a ya lê so we ask to sit there and the host was not very happy about it but made it happen. Service was quite slow and not that friendly. We put it in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and they didn’t even acknowledged. Was ok but wouldn’t go back.
Food was ok, but the service was appalling . Worst service we have had in Florida to date .
Cool duo singing, creating a nice atmosphere , the lady played the trumpet aswell which was really good .
Our server and his helpers were very friendly and attentive. Food was brought out in a timely manner. We were not rushed but not falling asleep waiting for our food either. We sat outside which was nice too. Food was hot and fresh. Great job!
Thanks for a great meal and experience. We'll be back
Good food and reasonably priced.
Great food, service, and ambiance!
Delicious meal, excellent service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend it!
Thanks for a great evening
Our server Nick was polite and nice. He had a good sense of humor. 😄 My boyfriend has never been to a Bahama Breeze before and he loved it! We will be going back!
Had an awesome time especially with the dj outside. My waiter was awesome thank you. I forgot his name but he had a blonde ponytail. Very nice & made sure we were ok throughout our time there
Niece off to college
Hostess was amazing, but when it came down to the food service it was sub-par. I ordered a steak well done and I expressed to the waiter to make sure even burn it if u have to it wasn't still bloody inside. My son ordered a chicken quesadilla it was a LOBSTER and shrimp quesadilla,my mother-in-law didn't get any dressing for her salad and our waiter didn't even bring out our food so if he had he would have noticed the issues and what if my son was allergic to seafood he would have been very sick with an allergic reaction, prime for a lawsuit but thx God he isnt allergic to anything
Great time, great good, great evening. Thanks
Very nice people, a little busy and our server was a bit confused, and slow. But we enjoyed ourselves.
Our Bahama Breeze in Maryland closed so I was very happy to find this one! Love their 1/2 price appetizers at happy hour. Just as I remembered it. Great food, great service, and beautiful restaurant.
The food was great! atmospher is fun this will be my new go to place to take friends in from out-of-town because its so festive and the good is good and reasonably priced! And there is something on the menu for EVERYONE!
Went there for a birthday. Everything took a long time - drinks, foods, dessert. Honestly, they even charge me for the bday “dessert” and didn’t even ask me which one I wanted. I get they are new and are learning, etc but it honestly was a bad dining experience.
