Loved the service and the staff from the door were super nice
Too loud to enjoy the dinner
It is good but kinda normal on a Sunday night, if you wanna have the experience you should go on Saturday night or Sunday brunch
Was rushed didn’t even give us a chance to sign the bill was told they need the table after we all ordered another round of drinks and bill was 1800.
My boyfriend ordered a Dover Sole, well well, I had a few biters of the Dover sole and it was extremely overcooked/dry and I was extremely disappointed about it... We’re been many restaurants in city and in my opinion I think Daniel makes good food when it comes to seafood . I am extremely picky person when it comes to food my palate is very picky, so if I don’t like something I will always be honest upon front .
I ordered a risotto with truffles . Fun is I only ate the truffles on the top of the risotto. I did not like risotto the fact is risotto is was uncooked rice is was hard to eat so I eating the truffles
The only good thing I like this restaurant is was the bread very good bread .
I usually ,don’t makes comments about restaurants, but I feel like I needed so can getting myself it over within
Great food and matched by spectacular service...

Great food and even better atmosphere/party scene.
Best steak and potato purée I’ve ever had
Really nice place but the music was honestly too loud! It’s a vibe but i could barely talk to my friend.
Went for restaurant week, food was phenomenal! Great portion sizes, not overly stuffed but not left hungry. The restaurant is known for their truffle gnocchi and truffle chicken, highly recommend both. Would go back specifically for those dishes! In general, restaurant is quite expensive, but restaurant week helps you get a good deal. Alcohol is quite pricey.
Truffle gnocchi too salty, roasted chicken was dried. Asked a waitress to wrap gnocchi but she threw them away. Not going back.
Everything was amazing! Would definitely come back
From the atmosphere to the service this was an excellent experience. Our server was extremely attentive, cordial, and knowledgeable. The food presentation was excellent and the food itself delicious. We would certainly return to this restaurant.
Felt very rushed. It was 11 and the dance party had not even started. Was disappointed after such an expensive meal.
Customers vaping around you and the resturant didn’t do anything about it. The smell of vaping is really disgusting and makes the entire experience terrible!
The food was fine just a little underwhelming for the price point.
Loud? Yes. But part of what is special at this iconic French eatery. Bring your spirit because joy is served.
Great vibe, great service, great food. Thomas our server was attentive and fun as was the bartender David. You may need a flashlight to see you meal if you eat after 10/10:30pm but it’s worth it!
Great service and entertainment
Always incredible. Still one of my favorite places to eat til this day. Food is incredible; there isn’t one meal you’ll be disappointed in and if you love truffle as much as I do then you’ll thoroughly enjoy it!
Terrible, don’t go!!!!!!
No party atmosphere as advertised.
Bar staff is horrible service
Super génial !!!!ambiance de feu
Beautiful restaurant with exceptional service and amazing food.
The hostess was one of the rudest persons we encounter in NY city. My friends and I were late for a reservation (the Uber took a really long time to show up and traffic was way slower than Google Maps indicated). When I asked the hostess to be put in the waiting list and told her that we would wait at the bar she extremely rudely said that I could do what I wanted but she didn't think she would have a table for us in the whole night, even though Open Table was showing spots available an hour and a half after and the place wasn't even full.
We decided to ignore her and got to the bar where the barman Giovanni was beyond amazing and took very good care of us. The food is good is too bad that the hostess was so terrible. The DJ was also very good. Bagatelle: please get rid of that girl... or feed her, she looks hungry.
Phenomenal experience - will be coming back!
The hostess was RUDE! The waiters were very nice BUT they rush you out. They have too many reservations and they want people out in 2 hours! It’s pretty disgusting
We went a might it was very quiet. It was obvious the place is at its best during a busy brunch. Wasn’t blown away by anything. No reason to go back
They ran out of menu items, then tried to trade us up to the most expensive ones. Truffle butter is very good and Olive oil excellent, though they need a new baker as the baguette is sad. Veal was over-done. The highlight was when we went to order dessert and were told, ‘the kitchen closed - you can’t!’ They gave us no warning that it was ‘last call’ as Japanese restaurants do. And they didn’t seem to care and did nothing about it. Then they had the audacity to try to charge us for both of the dishes they were out of in addition to the two they replaced them with and only removed them after we noticed and mentioned it.
Hay que vivirla.
Great steak and seafood. A bit overpriced but not ridiculous. Service was good and the place itself is beautiful.
It was our 15 year wedding anniversary and we heard about how fun this place was. It wasn’t until about 1040-11 when the music started getting live. We made our reservations at 8:30, had I known it started later I probably would’ve pushed my reservations back more. I think this needs to be stated in the review however I would definitely recommend it because the music, ambience, food was really great! Such a fun place!
Had very bad oysters and a very rude waiter. The manager was very nice.
Food and service was great but this is not what I’d consider a “bistro”. Additionally we were rushed out as soon as the check was paid. We were only seated about 2 hours.
At our recent dinner at Bagatelle, we enjoyed the excellent food, attentive service and pleasant ambiance. The menu offered several attractive options, and the wine list provided some very nice pairings.
Super busy, fun, active restaurant. Lots going on and fun to people watch. I’ve been here on several special occasions and it is always fun and food is good.
