Our waiter was so sweet and helpful. The food was delish. It was VERY off-putting that when we went to sit down we got a stern reminder from the hostess that we would need to leave in 2 hours. We were a party of two and there at the very first seating. There was no way we were going to be there for 2 hours or more. It was just super rude and unwelcoming.
Great place with great food, vibes and people! The food is outstanding!
Do not go there for the food. Service was unacceptable and I will never go again.
We came early on a Saturday night for a group dinner, I have been here before and the food is great and the vibe, the service is not so great which we knew going in. We arrived 7:15pm to get drinks before 7:30pm dinner, they kept us outside---they could have offered a glass of champagne at the bar while waiting for them to "clear tables" etc. Seems to be a High School hang out -lots of High school kids at large tables--service inconsistent. food is good--save it for brunch unless in HS
Lugar excelente para divertirse, cenar disfrutar con los amigos
Amazing! Lots of fun. Great atmosphere, delicious food and a great choice of wine. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.
Everything about Bagatelle is simply amazing. Every time I come to this place I love it. Definitely worth the money spent. It’s a place to go out dining and have late night fun.
We came here on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my Birthday! Had a great brunch for 8ppl which was like a Saturday night party! Delicious food, great music and atmosphere! Would come back again!
Food was great. To say this was a trendy party scene, is vastly understating it. After about 9pm-ish this turns into a loud club and you can't hear your date. I wouldn't go on a dinner date or with spouse. This atmosphere was not in any reviews so it was unexpected.
The appetizer was so bad we couldn’t eat it. They recommend something else and didin’t charge us for the appetizer. The music was so incredibly loud that we could not have a conversation anymore while it was not busy on the part where people would should have dancing. There were more tables having diner.
I was not blown away it was okay overall. Food was average service was ok but very slow. The hostess wasn’t friendly at all. I would had expected a better service for a $$ restaurant. If you don’t care much about the food or service it’s a good spot to party.
Love Bagatelle. So much fun. Loved the ambiance, food and great music. Vibe is lively... a great night!
Good good, but noise and expansive. The decoration is nice.
Todo optimo ,buena comida ,buena música ,ambiente muy agradable ,precios razonables
If you like art and enjoy some new fusion
We were hoping to experience the extravagant Bagatelle bar service and loud ambiance but unfortunately we were unaware that Sunday evenings were quieter. I regret taking my friends to an otherwise uneventful but still expensive french restaurant.
Dine out all over the world and was disappointed that a fine restaurant of this reputation would allow condensation from air conditioning ducts to drip on customers. Once was annoying but the second time around inexcusable. Manager gave us lame excuse that it was due to a heavy brunch crowd. Btw that was four hours earlier!
Front of house not up to par with the ambiance and food.
portions are noticeably smaller for restaurant week guest - wasn't worth it
Good deal for restaurant week menu, otherwise a bit pricey. Sleek modern interior and attractive waitstaff made it a most pleasant outing.
The food was delicious but the restaurant was SO freezing it was hard to enjoy our food.
We were so excited to eat here - and one of the worst experiences! So much energy and good restaurants in this area - skip this one and go to a different restaurant!
Reservations at 7:30 - arrived at 7:25 and they told us the restaurant would not open for another 15 minutes.
7:45 Seated and ordered in Normal timing
... did not get salads until almost an hour later! Then waited another 40 minutes for entrees! Had it not been asking for a manger, it would have taken much longer!
No apologies from our main waiter - and no explanation since tables seated after us were finished with their meal before we even got salads!
After visiting Bagatelle Miami we tried The New York version and we find it as good as the other Bagatelle and that included the good food and good service and nice music
The food was sooo amazingly delicious and the plating was beautiful! Definitely would return
We dine out in NY quite a bit and were very excited to finally go to Bagatelle. The experience was not ideal and got worse throughout the evening. We started by ordering cocktails and my specialy drink (Summertini) arrived tasting awful and salty (supposed to be a sweet drink). I told the waiter who returned it and came back to apologize and say they had used bad pineapple juice. I then ordered a cosmo which was great. We dined early for a Saturday evening (6:30 PM) and ordered appetizers and our entrees as soon as we were seated. After a long while, we finally got our appetizers and then after about half an hour the waiter reappeared to ask us if we wanted dessert. We told him we had not yet had our entrees yet but he proceeded to bring over dessert menus anyway. Finally after two hours of being seated, we were served our entrees which were very good but the whole experience overall was so very disappointing. We asked to speak with the manager, who never made the effort to come to the table but rather sent over a few free drinks instead. This kind of treatment from a high end upscale establishment is really unacceptable and is certainly not something that I've experienced before.
My friends and I went here primarily for the Decadence dessert that was on the menu from Restaurant Week. However when we got there the waiter said there was a mistake and they don't make that dessert which was very disappointing. We ordered everything on the Restaurant Week. The Salade de Betteraves was beautifully presented and was the star of the night. I'm not a big fan of beets but after eating this dish that's changed. This dish was dead on, super delicious. The Scottish Salmon, pork porterhouse, and truffled chicken were cooked perfectly but nothing much else to talk about there. Would I go back? Only if they actually served the Decadence dessert.
Went here for restaurant week. The ambiance was great. The cocktails were AMAZING and I'm pretty picky with cocktails not being too sweet and having the right balance of flavors. The food was average although both my boyfriend's chicken and my salmon were cooked PERFECTLY. The appetizers were very good.
Really enjoyed Bagatelle. The food was flavourful and the staff very nice and professional. Seating outside is the best and went on a day that was not too crowded so really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service.
Divine is the best word I can find to describe the food. My friend took me there for a celebration during restaurant week and we enjoyed ourselves fully. The tuna tartare is topped perfectly with mashed avocado concoction and when you take a bite, the texture is as smooth as silk. We both shared the chicken and the salmon, both of which were perfectly cooked. It is hard to cook potatoes until they are perfectly soft then sautéed without losing their integrity- the chefs at Bagatelle achieved this perfectly. Go to Bagatelle, you will not be disappointed with either food or the service.
The service was terrible ! And the food was SO average ! And so expensive !
Don't recommend it ! Don't waist your time and money
Friends in from town
Visiting from Toronto to celebrate a Birthday and this restaurant was recommended by my friend
We truly had a fabulous time!! The DJ music was outstanding and keep us dancing all evening! The environment was fun and friendly. And food and wine choices excellent!
Very good food, excellent service, but I kept waiting for the party atmosphere that characterizes them in Miami.
Went for small plates. The Hamburger sliders with Foie Gras were amazing...among the best burgers I have ever eaten. The Black Truffle Pizza was also delicious! Definitely a winner!
