The restaurant is very nice and trendy. The bartenders super friendly and great drinks. What was lacking was the food. Although everything looks great to the eyes… the food is super salty. Definately would return for drinks… maybe not food.

For conglomerate Italian food in a mall it was good. The service was terrible. The bar tenders were great. Also the ceiling was leaking and they sat us 30 minutes after our reservation time.

welcome check in less than positive. rude and transactional with little customer welcome or service. everyone seems preoccupied and thinking of only doing service fast.

Bad Roman is worth the hype! The food and drinks are as good as they say. The service is great, first time and I already planned to go back someday

The garlic Babka was 10 out of 10. Beef steak, tomato and Straight, 10 out of 10. my friend and I shared the shrimp pasta dish, which was very good. Ambience was excellent. The waiter was initially attentive, however, when he came over for dessert and we told him we had a reservation for a drink else he became agitated and rude. Seems like he took our plans Personal. Overall, I would go back here again.

I was impressed with the food the first time I had lunch with a friend who suggested the place. I loved it and told everyone who love Italian food about this place. During our last visit with invited some friends. They loved every aspect of it. The food is simply delicious, the ambience is lively but not crazy, the service is great. We have a fantastic server! Namit. I'm probably misspelling his name. The portions are perfect. I cannot imaging wanting bigger portion. It is not about the quantity, it's about the quality and flavor of the food. The arugula and pear salad is refreshing an enough to share, the Penne Luongo and Short Ribs Pappardelle are extraordinary as well as the Branzino with the micro veggies. The lemon cheesecake first takes you by your eyes (it's so well presented) and the flavor seals the deal. I'll definitely keep bringing friends in and explore the menu more. Buon Appetito!!!

It was our last night in NY and we didn’t have a reservation anywhere and happily came across Bad Roman on Yelp. Wasn’t sure what to expect and it was an incredible surprise. The energy when you walk in is amazing. Service is spot on and the food. So innovated, picture worthy and delicious. I highly recommend stopping in if not for dinner fun cocktail. We will be back.

Food good, albeit pricey. Service was lacking. Spent 30 min trying to flag down our waiter (asking them and others to come by that we’re ready to order) while we had no water or drinks or anything. That kind of ruined some of the night because it was such an attention suck. But hopefully a one-off experience. Probably wont come back though just because lots of other good restaurants to try.
