Debe reservarse con días de antelación, a pesar que nunca estuvo lleno. Los alimentos no son de la mejor calidad: platillos excesivamente condimentados, ingredientes de baja calidad. Durante nuestra estancia el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y en un espacio reducido fue sofocante. Lo rescatable fue la atención de los meseros, que hacen su mayor esfuerzo con lo poco que ha ofrecido el hotel. Es mejor ir al buffet de arriba!

They told me that the all-inclusive band allowed me to pick any wine, but then they tried to charge me for it after the hostess stated that all of them were included. This is unprofessional.

What a beautiful place for my girl and I to celebrate our anniversary. Food was delicious it came with all inclusive. Costumer service was amazing
