Server Dominic was amazing! Great personality and was helpful with menu choices. Food was decent, nothing special but a solid meal and fairly priced in my opinion

The burgers were great! I wasn’t sure we would love the open windows but it was really comfy, temperature wise. Our server was super busy but we never waited for anything. My one and only complaint was the strawberry shortcake. It was $12 and the biscuit was soooo dry! Like we had to choke it down and chase it with our water! At least the flavor of the biscuit was good! The strawberries were good too and everything else made up for that own disappointment.

It was obvious that the A/C was not functioning properly. The food, service and ambiance were very good. However with it being in the 90s and the A/C not working, it was a very “sticky” situation. Would have enjoyed our dinner if it wasn’t so hot.

Server and food were fantastic. We arrived late for toe to traffic and they were very accommodating. They seem to have an AC problem. Very hot I see. I’d guess about 80 degrees. We’re running dans but it didn’t help much

We visited on a 90 degree day and when we walked in, multiple fans were running and the restaurant was hot. I asked the hostess if the AC was broken and was rudely told, “no, it’s hot out.” We proceeded to sit and sweat through dinner and we were very uncomfortable. Our waiter confirmed that the AC was indeed broken. Additionally our waiter was totally not interested in serving us and we felt like he couldn’t be bothered as we asked for suggestions. We had two appetizers, 6 drinks and four dinners. Food was average, burger was overcooked and chicken wings were fatty and cooked poorly with no crisp. Bacon on burger and salad was burnt to a crisp. We would have stayed for another drink but instead left due to the broken AC and went to another restaurant a few doors down where it was ice cold and we enjoyed a drink at the bar. I understand malfunctions occur, but after I asked about the restaurant temperature, I should have been told the truth and what to expect. We would not have stayed and would have come back to try Back Deck at another time. I would not recommend, nor will I go again.

We sat outside so i don't think the noise rating really counts. They were extremely accommodating with my dinner mate's order, the grilled veggies were simple and wonderful.

Had a great meal with picky kiddos leaving full, so that’s a huge win. Sat outside on a beautiful day. Attentive staff, will return next time we are going to the Opera House for a show.
