The lobster was extremely tough and cold. The twice baked potato was good, but tooo big! Would rather have a smaller portion, and way over priced. Why didn’t the server tell us it was for two? Atmosphere is the best. Drinks are also good but pricey.

We went to Baciami for their Lobster Frenzy special, and it did not disappoint! The deal is amazing – up to three Maine lobsters per person, and they were cooked perfectly. Tender, flavorful, and served piping hot. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a nice mix of Italian charm and modern steakhouse style. What really made the night special was the service – our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. Drinks were great, sides were delicious, and the entire experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon – especially for lobster night. Highly recommend it if you’re craving seafood and want great service to go with it!

One of the most frustrating and poor dining experiences I've ever had. First off, I have been a repeat customer and have always raved about the food and service at Baciami. Last night I brought 6 friends to dine with my wife and I. First time for 4 of my companions. We were seated shortly after 5 pm. Our salads took 45 minutes to arrive and one of my guests salads took an additional 15 minutes to arrive. Our waiter appeared to have been given a large party ( there were only a few other tables occupied in the reastaurant) but he was completely overwhelmed. It took 20 minutes to bring one of my guests a bottle of Diet Coke. The server was not to be found. My wife had gone looking for him and finally got him to bring the salad that was forgotten. We had similar experiences with the entrees which took nearly an additional hour to arrive. The server kept apologizing and I finally said " Stop apologizing and take care of the problem " I asked to speak with the manager/owner who never came by as requested. 2 of our entrees were served with items that my guests asked for a vegetable sub (the server had said this could be subbed) but the vegetables were not served. They were finally brought to the table but lo and behold were charged to our guests on their bills. Bottom line, we finally got our checks at 8:00 (3 hours later) and 2 of the bills contained extra charges for the vegetables. The server agreed to remove them which resulted in yet another wait. To make matters worse, the bills included a 20% gratuity, certainly not what any of us would have given for the incredibly poor service. It would have been greatly appreciated if the owner/manager Steve would have addressed the issue when it was brought to his attention. Not the way to treat your valued customers.

Hamburger was Excellent, out of this world good!. Ribeye was ok, Capital Grille steaks are much better. Sea Bass was very good, perfectly paired with asparagus.

I’m sorry to say Father’s Day dinner was disappointing. My filet mignon was mushy, wedge potatoes ice cold and vegetable medley uncooked. I had to send whole meal back and ordered the special burger with parmesan fries. It was good but I had to take it with me as it took more than 30 mins to get it and my family was done eating…their meals were ok….but for almost $250 we could have done better elsewhere! Last of all, music was blaring! I even requested they just bring it down a notch but manager did not.. We will be taking a break from Baciami.

The food was very disappointing. The short ribs had good flavor but the were so tough I could barely eat them. The pasta seemed like cheap, store bought pasta and it was not cooked properly. The service was very good but I will not be back.

Great food and service! Loved all except the VERY loud house music. We went with my elderly father early, and he could not hear us. Most people around us were also there for early dinner. Why the loud music??

We went on Lobster Frenzy night. The rules are a little confusing. If the waiter had just told us the rules at the beginning it would have been easier. It's 3 lobsters for $59. They bring you 2. If you request the 3rd they bring it but it's not to be taken home. I understand. Just best to know up front. Our waiter was very nice but got our order confused a couple times. Yes we would go back and not just for lobster night. the LOBSTER WAS VERY DELICIOUS
