Disappointing. We were looking so forward to going to this restaurant for the first time we had heard some good news about this place. The service was very good. We ordered cocktail and a bottle of wine. Both fine. The appetizer stuffed mushrooms were very good. I ordered their signature cowboy steak. It came out the way I ordered it medium rare, but it came out cold. My girl ordered the scallops at $52 and the scallops were cold. The chef decided to just reheat everything after we told the waiter we don’t want the entrées. you can’t re-cook a steak and you can’t heat up scallops cause they turn rubbery. I asked to speak to a manager and no manager ever showed up. Again, very disappointing we were prepared to spend $300+ on a quality dinner, but there is no excuse for serving cold food.

Very nice place. But very overpriced for quality. It’s an ordinary nice Italian restaurant pricing beyond what you receive. Plus beware of the 3.5% operations fee added on top of everything.

Our server, Angelo was great! We had the lobster special and he gave us a complimentary dessert since we were celebrating my birthday and our friend's anniversary. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back.

Service was fair but not attentive enough from several requests which needed to be asked over &over. The noise level was too high and annoying as it was difficult for our table to have conversations! WAY TOO LOUD!!!

The lobster was extremely tough and cold. The twice baked potato was good, but tooo big! Would rather have a smaller portion, and way over priced. Why didn’t the server tell us it was for two? Atmosphere is the best. Drinks are also good but pricey.

We went to Baciami for their Lobster Frenzy special, and it did not disappoint! The deal is amazing – up to three Maine lobsters per person, and they were cooked perfectly. Tender, flavorful, and served piping hot. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a nice mix of Italian charm and modern steakhouse style. What really made the night special was the service – our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. Drinks were great, sides were delicious, and the entire experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon – especially for lobster night. Highly recommend it if you’re craving seafood and want great service to go with it!
