The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.
Wonderful dining experience ! The food was exquisite !
Atmosphere was great, service and food were average. Menu is limited and at 7pm they were out of the white bean soup. Will try again since They haven't been open too long.
The Vin Hotel is a beautiful Marriott “Autograph Edition” property. First cabin design with a beautiful bar/lounge/restaurant. It is without doubt, the most upscale hotel in the area.
The bar is large and attached to the restaurant in a very comfortable open floor plan, very nice whether you just want a cocktail, wine or full meal at the bar, or you want to sit in the dining area, it is all very nice.
Our party of three had the following. We started with the strawberry crostini appetizer and meatball appetizers. I had high hopes for the crostini’s but, it wasn’t all that. I would not order again. The meatball appetizer was excellent, hand made with perfect ingredients and flavor. Excellent sauce, but the kitchen skimped on the amount of sauce provided. This should be a spaghetti and meatball entree, it would be a Grand Slam. The Ribeye steak was outstanding, served on the bone and sliced by the kitchen to share or eat. 2 things identify a great steakhouse, 1. The grade of beef and 2. The cooking technique and seasoning. This steak was fabulous. The Lobster Ravioli were excellent, four or five ricotta filled with pieces of lobster served in a browned butter sauce. Very rich in flavor. The Halibut was a nice piece of fish, very clean, seared crust served on a bed of risotto. My fish was a tad overdone and therefore a tad dry, but by no means something that should have been sent back. The risotto was a no-go, flavorless. I would ask that it be served on a bed of the house mashed potatoes and topped with the browned butter sauce with lemon (the kitchen and they said they would accommodate). All of their sides are served family style, to share. Mashed potatoes are excellent. The Brussel Sprouts were fantastic! Perfectly roasted and in a bed of warm balsamic sauce. I’m no fan of sprouts but I could chow down on these.
Not happy with the overall menu, limited. It needs to be retooled. ONLY 2 desserts??? Unacceptable. Overall, great place. Ryan our server, perfect.
My fiancé and I went to Bacchus for brunch and were highly underwhelmed. The restaurant had terrible service. Super slow staff that did not care about their customers. We didn't have a waiter for a long time and my fiancé had to get up and find a waiter to give us water. Such disappointing service throughout the entire meal. They also gave us an outdated menu, so they didn't have what we ordered from the menu. Very overpriced restaurant for the lack of service.
However, the food was pretty good, especially the beignets- they were warm and delicious! Overall, poor service, overpriced, but good food.
Service was slow, both people who has the flounder felt is was very over cooked.
This was our second visit. First time food was great. This time I was very disappointed in my Filet.
2nd time here. Food was delicious!
Great food, wine and service. Looking forward to my 2nd visit soon
Excellent food, nice ambience. Would recommend and will come again.
Small bread was served on request with olive oil and jam. Delicious so we asked for more bread twice and get the check and $15 worth of bread. Been nice to be alerted that bread is an additional charge
The filet steak served in a bowl. It was very good but presentation wasn’t great and then a side of mashed potatoes $11. A little steep everything ala carte.
Loved it! The food was amazing and the service was fantastic and friendly!
Food/Wine was good but small, overpriced portions. Service was good but not excellent. Decor & ambiance were great!
It is nice to have another high-end restaurant in Grapevine, but with so much competition in DFW I am not sure we'll be back.
A little slow, but not a problem if you aren't in a rush.
Food was delicious. Location is beautiful.
A little loud.
KS2018, Thank you for your review and top rating! We hope to see you again soon.
Service was fabulous and the ambiance was relaxing. Loved there was 3 venues of bands to checkout throughout the facility. We had a very fun date night!!
Everything about our experience was perfect!
MariahLaw, Thank you for your review and top rating! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your dining experience at Bacchus. We hope to see you again soon!
Delish and great vibe. Lots to look at, outdoor area with live music. It was a Saturday night at 6:30 and there were people everywhere inside and out. The food court is a unique idea in a hotel but so fun. We will be back again and again!
lisag, Thank you for your review and top ratings! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your dining experiences at Bacchus! We hope to see you again soon and visit us over at Harvest Hall!
Beautiful atmosphere, excellent drinks and friendly service. Dinner was good but a little overpriced. Drinks and ambiance are the greater attraction!
CarissaC, Thank you for your review and top rating! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your dining experience at Bacchus! We hope to see you again soon!
Our waiter was rude. The food was good but over-priced and small portions. We don’t plan on going back!
This is a lovely restaurant. The drinks were on point and the service excellent
I am staying at the Vin, wouldn’t have thought for a sec that this restaurant was as good as it happens to be. Hunter is the best , he took real good care of me every time a was at the restaurant. 💎💎💎💎💎
This place had a beautiful decor! It’s a nice restaurant located inside of a brand new hotel in Grapevine, Opened in the fall of 2020. The food was good, the ambience was intimate and romantic. Great Place for a date
I had a reservation for a group of 5 for Father's day and was hoping to see a special menu like they had for Mother's Day. It was just the regular menu. We've been there before for brunch and had a better experience last time. The wait between ordering and receiving our food was over 45 minutes; which is ridiculous for standard brunch items. We should have just gone to the food hall that was attached to the hotel.
abbyf, Thank you for joining us for your Father's Day celebration! We're disappointed to hear about your experience regarding wait times with service. We will be sure to share your feedback with the team and we hope we have the opportunity to see you again in the future!
Visited to celebrate our anniversary. Our reserved table was in a good location along the windows and adorned with flower pedals. Food and service was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back.
An amazingly divine anniversary dinner!
Thank you for your review, top ratings, and joining us at Bacchus for your special anniversary dinner! We hope to see you again soon!
Open style modern restaurant based in hotel lobby in Grapevine's Vin Hotel (fancy Marriott). It's loud, boisterous and feels like a Texas block party. The food is expensive, average and the menu appears to be an evolving story with a many of the most desirable (on an already limited selection) items unavailable. The food arrived cold, a bit overcooked and portions not reflecting pricing.
They do have a nice bar, very good selection of quality wines and innovative cocktails.
High potential with more time needed to realize.
RichardW, Thank you for your review, ratings, and feedback. We appreciate your feedback and you joining us at Bacchus for dinner. We will share your feedback with the team in the hopes of seeing you again in the future.
Food was great. Service was poor. Forgot to bring out an entree but still left it on the bill, they did remove it when pointed out. Seemed like we were being waited on by a trainee, very inattentive. During dinner asked to see the wine list again, took five minutes to get the menu, then ten minutes for the waitress to come back. By that time we were done with our entrees. Beautiful restaurant though.
Very nice delicious food.. Plating could have been a little better and the small portion of the eggs but the flavor was great.
SarahS, Thank you for your review, top ratings, and feedback! We hope to see you again soon!
We stayed overnight at Hotel Vin and had Sunday brunch for my husband’s birthday. Crab scramble, Salmon Toast Benedict, French Toast, Smoked Gouda Grits, and Sautéed Mushrooms. Perfection.
Accompanied by a ‘Tier 1 Mimosa’ (a bottle of Prosecco & orange juice). Our server, Sam (Samantha), was courteous and professional and made us feel welcomed.
Suzyq39, Thank you for your review and joining us at Bacchus for brunch! We hope to see you again soon!
We arrived at 7 for our reserved time. The food was good, except that my wife had overcooked, dry salmon. I had the halibut, which was awesome! The price for both left much room for improvement, 42 for halibut and 32(?) For salmon. The drinks were awesome and the ambience was great. The service was so slow I thought I might have turned into a fossil before dinner came.

Yes to the dress brunch

The service was extremely slow.

We were celebrating my birthday and the host mentioned it too. But the server never did anything special or say anything special. It took extra long for everything, the drinks took too long and then the food took especially long. Not sure why since the restaurant was noticeably not busy at the time. There seemed to be heavy restrictions on menu items for Sunday brunch meaning they don’t have a lunch menu available so even if you’re dining at 2 or later you still have to get eggs or something breakfast like especially if you’re gluten free. There were very limited options. It was a very disappointing experience.
Great service and ambiance for a lobby restaurant!
KenDog, Thank you for your review and top ratings! We hope to see you again soon!
Great food and service but very pricey, at least to us.
DanB, Thank you for your review and feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your dining experience and we hope to see you again soon!
Hunter was simply outstanding and the food he recommended was on point!
Well done - we will be back
JeffS, Thank you for your review and top ratings! We will be sure to share your compliments with Hunter and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
The beef carpaccio is way overpriced for the portion size. Either lower the price, or increase the portion. There is no way this was "for sharing". the flavor of the food was good, our server was excellent. The common areas are very noisy, even though there are window treatments in both dining venues.
TracyeA, Thank you for your review, ratings, and feedback. We will be sure to address your feedback with our staff and hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
Couldn’t hear my guests the noise level is TOO MUCH for evening dinning. Also the food was nothing like it is advertised here. Too salty, dry, and not very good overall. Very disappointed.
Dianne, Thank you for your review and feedback. Unfortunately due to the weather we had to move the live entertainment inside and we are disappointed to hear this caused for a less than perfect experience. We will also be sure to share your feedback with the team regarding food quality. We hope that after we address all your concerns that we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
