   Lovely dinner and service. They finally have a bartender that knows how to make a great gin martini. Food was wonderful. Had the 5 course tasting menu. Plenty of food for me but my husband would have liked the portions a bit larger. Frisée salad absolutely delicious, dessert a bit too sweet. A special night overall!!

   It has been years since we have been to Bacchus. We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. I was surprised at how dead it was. We ate in the bar and only saw two other parties during our dinner. The dining room was empty. Not sure the tasting menu only format is doing them any favors. Everyone’s food was delicious. The ambiance was just too quiet.

   Bacchus delivers on every aspect of a wonderful dinner. From being greeted to getting our coats returned from the check, we all had a pleasant experience. And the food? Worth going back.

   Honestly, my night could not have been better. The staff was so pleasant to me from the moment I walked in. I was there for my Birthday, and they all signed a card and had it on my table. It was a pleasure to be in the beautiful restaurant, with delicious food and friendly staff. I loved it.

    Took my girlfriend out for her first fine dining experience and we loved it! We both started with a cocktail, the Woodsman (Ginger Old Fashioned) for me and French 75 for her. Then we split a bottle of the Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé. For food we both selected the five course tasting menu consisting of a goat cheese/diced beet amuse bouche, pan seared sea scallop, frisée salad, pork bolognese, filet medallion, and chocolate hazelnut pave. All were excellent as was the Wisconsin cheese selection offered to us with dessert. Besides the food, our service was also great as Sarah and Isabella made sure our meal moved along at a pleasant pace while also ensuring we were never without anything we wanted. I also enjoyed speaking with the general manager and sommelier Chris, he was knowledgeable and passionate about all facets of the restaurant. We will be back!

    We were first time diners and I already cannot wait to come back. I made a reservation for my husband's 30th bday. We have a new baby at home and it was a milestone birthday, so the stakes were high! I wanted something special, delicious, and romantic. This was the perfect blend of all 3 of those. I think we have a new "special occasion" spot! Amazing service, food, and ambiance!!!

    I start off saying this was one of the most romantic and cool places I’ve ever celebrated my birthday at. My boyfriend and I were so impressed by the level of service and care put into making our dinner special! I will definitely be making another reservation sometime soon!     We had a 5pm Thursday reservation and were celebrating our anniversary. Wonderful service by Zoe and Megan. Food was phenomenal and sequenced perfectly over 3 courses. Highly recommend a visit!

    Went there for the first time with my husband for my birthday. That was such a memorable experience. They did an amazing job of making me feel special for my birthday unlike any other restaurant has. Food was outstanding, service was professional & friendly, & the atmosphere & ambiance were on point. Highly recommend.

    What a disappointment! We went here for their NYE meal at $150 a person it was NOT worth it. Let's start with the service. Supposedly they were working in "teams' for NYE. This meant random servers would walk by your table to help. This may make sense to the owners but this causes confusion for the customers!! I would tell one server one thing they would forget and another would come by so I would tell them the same thing then 20 min later they would both deliver on the request? Made no sense and was detrimental to the service. Servers were nice but unorganized and hardly professional. We were asked "are you done working here" like I was a the Golden Corral slamming down my meal or something. FOOD: Really? Pre-set menus typically do not impress but this missed by a mile. Poor presentation, hardly exciting flavors and it was delivered like fast food. Clumsy and with lack of passion and care. My steak lacked flavor and the broccolini that was my side was ICE cold. I had the server touch it to proved how nasty it was! Then they said they would bring a new one. Literally 30 min later a nasty new serving of broccolini was brought out that tasted like they rubbed it on the meat grill for a few min then brought it out. I was embarrassed that I brought my date here! I mean I looked like an idiot for paying 400 bucks for this meal. NO IDEA how this place gets such high ratings but they literally fell on their face for NYE. We asked the server if they were doing anything for NYE she said. "I do not know" lol. Oh but for our trouble they gave us $15 off our 400 dollar meal.. so gracious. Anyway I will not be back ever.

    Waitress was inattentive. Had to remind her about our drink order because it was 20 minutes since we placed the order. Same with the water, she said she get us another bottle of water but never came back, after 15 minutes I got her attention and I asked for water, she did not even remember that she said she would get another bottle. The restaurant was 50% occupied, so she was not that overwhelmed, she was just inattentive.

    Haven’t been in a very long time. Still wonderful food but only prix fixe menus available now. Basically forces you to eat dessert. Quite pricey. Service quite lacking for a restaurant of this caliber. We were asked if we wanted cocktails but no follow up to order wine with dinner. We were left pouting our own water all night. Cocktails were way too sweet (Oaxacan). Bread basket skimpiest I’d ever seen but great bread! We were overcharged close to $100 for our bottle of wine. Good thing we noticed. The error was corrected. Was keyed wrong in their system. New decor is sterile and devoid of warmth or character. Zero ambience.

    My husband said the Bolognese was the best he's ever had! Sommelier recommended a great wine, scallops were really good. The sable fish was divine, truly one of the best fish meals I've ever eaten. Only thing that could have been improved was the Wisconsin cheese board. They were great cheeses, but I had 2/3 in my fridge at home. Great bartender made a wonderful new cocktail at my request, service was wonderful all around. Thank you for a great experience!

    Went to Bacchus for the first time last week and it was phenomenal! Wonderful downtown setting and an elegant atmosphere without being stuffy. The service was excellent, and the food was exceptional. The steak I had was easily as good as the one at Gordon Ramsay's Steak in Las Vegas. All around fantastic experience!

    Ordered the 3 course meal and selected the duck dumplings, filet medallion & chocolate hazelnut pave. All were exceptional. The filet was SO tender, it melted in my mouth. I’m not a huge chocolate dessert fan, but the pave was well balanced and delicious! The cocktails also were amazing!
