I would suggest Bacchanal as an experience but really it was fair. Making reservations totally saved us. It would be great if you had (better) signage directing patrons with and without reservations; we lucked into finding someone that helped us to the correct line. Food wise, the crab legs in the seafood tower wasn’t that flavorful. The other food was fine.
We joined another couple to celebrate our anniversaries and have dinner close to our show. The choices of food were amazing. We decided to reserve the VIP package to miss the long wait lines. It was worth it! Beer wine sangrias and mimosas were included. We would suggest a reservation for dinner early to avoid the longer lines at the food stations. We particularly enjoyed the asian cuisine, clam chowder, prime rib and terrific desserts.
Visiting to bacchanal buffet was amazing!! The select of Meats seafood , sides and desserts were extensive. I tried shrimp, Crab Legs, escargot, Bone marrow, wagu beef sliced to order. Every thing was flavorful. There was a wide selection of desserts. I tried the double chocolate cake, gelato, fresh bake cookies. I was absolutely happy with my experience at bacchanal. I hope to return in the future.
Everything was excellent except the crab legs were too salty. Couldn’t eat it.
We enjoyed skipping the line for what we paid, but the food items were cold that should have been hot. The seafood tower was mostly too frozen to enjoy. The wait staff was great and quick to refill beverages. We didn’t enjoy the family changing the baby diaper right behind us, of course that made eating unappetizing. Overall maybe we aren’t buffet people and would have preferred to spend the $200 on a fancy restaurant without baby diapers. Not impressed for what I thought was the best buffet of Las Vegas
To start, I didn't mind paying the price (98 per person) for my wife and I...the buffet was so busy that it was worth it to skip the extremely long line. (we ate on a Monday around 3:30 pm) If I had waited hours for the experience that I had, I would have been beyond disappointed.
To be blunt, the worst part of the experience was the food. A few of the areas in the buffet were out of food. Most of the food that was there had been out for a while and was cold. Quality-wise, the food was on par with McDonald's and did not resemble any of the photos on the website. Dessert was also disappointing. While it looked fine, it was easy to tell that it had been left out too. (Like when the icing on a cake gets hard) Our silverware had dried and crusty food stuck to it, so I had to go over to another table (without people) and get new silverware.
On the good side, service was fine. We never had our drinks go empty and the gentlemen serving us was nice. The staff just seemed overwhelmed with the number of people trying to eat. (probably around 150 to 200 in line)
For the hype around the buffet, I would say that it is 100% not worth it. The quality of food and lack of attention to detail (dirty silverware) would be something that I would expect from a low end buffet. Save your money and eat a any of the other 100 nice restaurants in Las Vegas... you'll thank me later.
We did not listen to some of your other reviewers ... big mistake. Do NOT do the VIP package, it is an expensive ripoff. The seafood tower was horrible, I would guess they are prepared way beforehand and stored in a fridge. The oysters tasted off. All of the food in the tower is available fresher at various stations. Also, terrible cheap wine was served.
This is not worth the price. All the people were great, but the food was average, if not below average. Only a few things were good. Also, we thought it included drinks, but only beer and wine. We were wishing we had eaten elsewhere.
Seafood was not that great, but our party enjoyed the VIP treatment very much. Skipping the very long line, even for a Thursday was tops for our group. The seafood platter for the table was impressive but not the best seafood.
Ridiculously expensive for food that was dried up in the pans, English muffins on the Benedict were hard, Quiche had a sick taste to it, and overall there was no flavor to the food. It was a great disappointment after all of the hype. Skip it, save your money, go somewhere that offer freshly prepared foods with flavor.
For the price, the food was not worth it. Out if all things, We only liked the bine marrow and the steamed snow crao. Everything else was mediocre.
Lots of food, most of it good, some not very hot. Our poor section server was about 10 years past retirement age and couldn't keep up with drink refills and plate clearing. The girl refusing to put out the grape leaves 1 minute until 11 was rude so my husband took 4 off the buffet just to spite her.
Among other things and one of them specifically that first we had to wait anyway even if we signed up for vip experience. Drink choices were limited, seafood tower had same stuff as the regular buffet. Most importantly, most of us in the party got sick. Not worth it. Should have stuck with regular buffet probably. Would like to request for partial credit if that is at all possible. Plus mentioned special occasion and there was no mention
Diverse and Delicious buffet in a beautiful setting!
Mejor buffet de Las Vegas. Definitivamente es el mejor no pierdan el tiempo en otros lugares.
This was a decent experience. I had my fill of the oysters, but also a very very wide variety of food.
Not worth $212.50 (plus tip) for the VIP Experience. VIP is simply a table in the general public with a waitress to bring drinks. The cold shell fish tower was not very impressive either. Although the VIP includes unlimited drinks we were only able to receive 2 drinks a piece so again no value there. I will simply go to Hell's Kitchen for $150-$180 next time and skip this overpriced overrated buffet.
Food was excellent! Never disappoints!
We had a terrible experience. The oysters were spoiled. The quality of the food, with some exceptions, was poor. My wife was in the hotel sick the entire next day and could barely force herself to get up to get on the plane the next day.
The quality of the food especially the seafood is totally not worth the money that I spent for the VIP experience $200 for 2 people to have brunch.
I expected better from Caesar's.
Received the seafood tower as part of VIP pavkage. The seafood was either partially frozen or tasted spoiled. The oysters had a strong fishy smell and everything on the tower was generally inedible. The main buffet line was ok at best, not a great selection. Definitely better buffets on the strip.
Our reservation was at 4:30 on a Wednesday and there were no lines when we arrived so it wasn’t really worth the extra expense to avoid lines. The seafood tower consisted of items already on the buffet so it wasn’t really anything extra other than the fact someone brought it to you rather than you getting it yourself. The real reason I rated this so low is because our server was awful. You have all you can drink beverages with this experience and she did not refill our beverages unless we flagged her down and specifically asked. Between the two of us we were only served 3 drinks during the hour time frame we were there. She also wasn’t friendly at all. They had a huge variety of food and most was good, but it was not worth the price at all. Perhaps had it been a weekend when they were really busy, the seafood tower had items not on the buffet, and the server kept drinks refilled it would have been.
What a great time! The food was delicious! Everyone that walked by stared at our seafood tower or commented on how good it looked. There was so much to choose from. Truly was a great experience.
A beautiful experience in which to celebrate with friends my 50th Birthday. The seafood tower was stunning and delivered with perfection, our server provided superb service in every way and enhanced an already stunning occasion. The wide selection of hot freshly prepared dishes ensured that every meal selection was perfect and delicious. But you really need to advise people to save space for the dessert choices, that in its self was worth the price alone. A marvelous dinning experience , we expected nothing less from Caesars Palace . And you surpassed our expectations. Thankyou .
Was not impressed with the VIP experience, was looking forward to a grand experience and fell short , service was very disappointing. Would have liked it a little more if I hadn’t have done the VIP
Expensive, but a lot of choice and taste excellent
We made a reservation for the VIP buffet which lets you avoid the line and get unlimited beer and wine. Just being able to bypass the 2 hour line was worth it! The food was amazing everything was soo good. We filled up on all the crab we could eat and also tried everything else. There was not one thing I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, best buffet in Vegas!
It was my birthday dinner with my closest family & friends, who many have never been, so the experience was Amazing for them. We appreciate your team accommodating 11 VIP dinner by providing a private yet intimate experience for my whole group.
Every single thing was delicious! The VIP experience was worth it due to unlimited alcohol and the seafood tower! Skipping the line was worth it too. The dessert station was my favorite. Had so many options and things were bite sized so you could have EVERYTHING without feeling too guilty or full.
Made a reservation through Open Table and didn’t see the small print at the bottom of the reservation page that says you’re getting a VIP experience. The price was double the normal price. Not worth the vip experience
Food selection and quality was amazing. Staff are helpful and friendly. Come hungry as this buffet is truly top notch!
No point in being a Diamond status member when you have to wait over ten minutes after being seated to even be acknowledged. Had to hunt down a manager and there was no real understanding there as well. This buffet is too overpriced to be treated like I am having brunch at Denny's.
Food was amazing! It was great to walk straight in and not have to wait a two hour line! Food was awesome :)
Best Buffet Dinner Ever Had!!!! Would definitely make a return trip!!! Highly Recommended!!!
Reservations worth the extra money!!!!
A night of over abundance, delicious food, friendly and attentive service! Well done!
Bad VIP value. Only free wine beer..food not fresh nothing special NOT GOOD
It’s basically paying extra to skip the line but food selection not as extensive as I expected. I wish there were more variety . But the meat selection was massive and I enjoyed how tender the prime rib and tri tip were. I wish lobster was included in the seafood tower that they gave us. The oysters were superb at least.
the Like Caesar experience is twice the price of a normal buffet and there just is not anything significant to make it worth the additional charge.
The food looks better than it taste. Service was slow.
Food was good and the variety was very impressive, but for $100 the seafood tower was practically inedible and the individual items were really yummy but not cumulatively worth the price. Glad I went but won’t go again (unless someone else is paying)
