Above all, DO NOT reserve at table here through Open Table. They automatically up-charge by $40/person to include a mediocre "seafood tower". (You can get better seafood at Red Lobster.)
Otherwise the breakfast/lunch buffet was fine with a wide range of choices, but nothing special. Desserts, as many have noted, are good.
Very good. Great experience. VIP or nothing. Ding dong.
The food was nothing special and no where near worth what you pay. The food is cold by the time you get it back to your table and the seafood tower was the exact same thing they had on the buffet so it was not worth it. Unlimited drinks was the only positive but as soon as we started to get dessert the waitress was no where to be found. Don’t waste your time and money!
The service was below average, which was disappointing after spending over $400 for the VIP experience. It was a special occasion and the server only came around twice within a 3 hr span to check on us. For the same price, we should have just went next door to Nobu and received exceptional service.
The buffet was really nice but the money we paid for the Caesars experience was not worth it. The only thing on the seafood tower that was not on the buffet was two very tiny cut halves of a lobster, 3 bites of meat for the two of us. The mimosa tasted like watered down juice and was not very good. The desserts were pretty good. The buffet had lots to offer and for the normal dinner price, it would have been worth it. I would recommended the regular buffet but not the VIP experience, greatly disappointed with this!
The only reason I gave a 1 star review is due to the good service and large dessert selection. Other than that zero stars would have been given if possible. The food selection was mediocre at best, mainly lukewarm and other than the brisket any other meat tried was tough. Certainly not worth anywhere near what we paid for it. Have enjoyed far better buffets for far less cost.
We could have done so much better for the cost.
Very very disappointing.
Masse und Klasse.
Not very VIP sat by food counter.server rude not valve for money. Eat at cheese factory serve great food lovely for third the price
My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. So, we decided to buy the VIP package. It included no line waiting, all-you-can drink mimosas, wine and beer, and a seafood tower. We got less than average service. After being seated, we waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink! The seafood tower was amazing. The buffet was great. But the server was not very nice, and did a few things that really bothered us. Sure, she brought us a nice anniversary dessert plate. But, soon after serving it, we were reminded that there was a two-hour limit and we needed to go. She also told us to blow out the candle - the one SHE lit - because it would "smell if it kept going." Buying the VIP package, and celebrating our 40th anniversary, and with the place only half full, we didn't think it was proper to ask us to get going. In fact, we were just finishing up at the time anyway! So, it was very uncalled for to boot us out just because the two hour time frame was used. Rude, stupid, and due to earlier negative issues, that cost her the entire tip. We hope if and when we return we will get a better server. After speaking to the manager about this, he didn't seem to care, and only offered a canned apology. We might not ever return due to that. The great food was the only saving grace for my rating.
It was “okay”. Very nice selection. Meats were cold. Expected a bit more all the way around.
I was SO excited to eat here! I purchased a Groupon and called the hotel who told me I could make a reservation online with Open Table which I did. We paid money for a taxi ride to get there on time and then were told my reservation was meaningless as some vendor bought out the restaurant and I could come back 5 hours later. They would only let us in if we paid another $90! I had to pay for another ride back to my hotel and then pay another taxi back again hours later only to wait in line for over an hour in the "VIP" line. Once inside there were lines to any and all food you wanted. Next time I will save my $100 and find a better experience elsewhere. The only plus was our waiter. He was the only employee who didn't treat us like we were cattle.
Craving seafood wanted to have lobster and king crab legs until we we were sick of it so a buffet it had I be😀. The recommendation was Caesars’s Buffet and this time they hit the nail on the head. They had plenty of seafood, we bought the special dinner for $100 pp! Definitely worth it, the brought the seafood tower to you! Fresh and delicious . The buffet offered hot and cold choices, specialty food, chinese, Italian, Mexican, cheeses of all kinds, pizzas, salad bar, soups from various ethnicities and desserts to put you ina sugar coma along with your food coma. Too many chooses, not enough room in belly to fit it all but the eyes devoured it all! 😀Try it only if you are in the mood to sample and or feast! Its a waste on the lightweights!! Enjoy foodies!!
The Buffett was amazing but if I had to do it again I would not get the Eat Like a Caesar experience again. The seafood tower that comes with it is not that great. You can get all the food that comes on it at the buffet, minus the lobster. All the crab legs and lobster are boiled and held in water so they are very watery when you take them apart.
AMAZING FOOD. Literally would pay that much just for the all you can eat crab legs but the rest was flipping amazing too. Definitely don’t eat before you come just to make sure you have all the room in your belly to eat crab. Also insanely good desserts too so leave a lil room. Also make sure you eat ALL the crab because it’s so good and you can’t just get all you can eat crab that good anywhere!
I gave this restaurant 5 stars. We would definitely book with opentable again, so that we can VIP service at the restaurant. As VIP, we can choose an array of drinks (although I ordered water only) and a seafood platter is provided - served with some king crab legs, lobster, crab claws, shrimp and whelks. Without being VIP, the king crab legs and lobster would be not be available from the serving tables.
Do not do VIP - not worth the money. Staff lack enthusiasiun. Very disappointed. Not the Buffett it was !!
Emailed the Manager - no reply. What does that say????
VIP Pass for $100 each not worth it. was not able to enjoy snow crab legs which was the whole reason to go there in the first pace because they were all frozen.
Go to the M Resort. Same food and cost about half and their crab legs are not frozen.
I was in town visiting Vegas for the first time with my boyfriend ! We saw Absinthe the night before (HIGHLY recommend) and had brunch at the hotel- I did have high expectations as the posted price of $98 for one person is the highest I’ve ever seen advertised (mimosa included or not)
The display was awesome, lots of options- our server was on top of our drinks until we started on dessert, then it was like we were irrelevant to her unfortunately. The food... was all cold :( I don’t even know if I can saw luke warm, it was actually all cold (from the breakfast items to the pizza, meatballs, etc) I enjoyed the experience but never again for me.
The cashier was very welcoming and helpful and polite. But the hostess, Reyna, who seated us was quite rude and impatient. She must have been having a very bad day as she said the "Open Table people" can wait a few table. My reservation was 7:45 and we did not get seated until 8:10. This is our third time using Open Table and the VIP experience at Bacchanal and the previous two times, we were seated immediately even when we were a few minutes early.
The service was terrible. We always have to wait until so many dirty plates on the table then server will come to remove it. The seafood tray still frozen and too salty!
Food options are amazing. Never knew a buffet could serve so much food and it’s quality of taste remain high. We definitely got what we paid for from this buffet. Would do it again in a second
I definitely recommend this place. It's a beautiful restaurant and the variety of food is simply amazing. I went there for the third time and this time, the service was very slow and inefficient. I supposed that she was a new waitress... But except that, everything was perfect!
You must absolutely try it!
The amount of choices is a little overwhelming, but everything I got was delicious. Make sure to get the all you can drink added on to your meal for an extra $15 and the waitress will keep filling up your drink throughout the meal. The dessert selections were amazing. I couldn't decide on just a few, so I came back to the table with about 10 different little bites. Three waitress also offered us coffee and/or milk to go with our desserts!
Spending our anniversary weekend and I was very surprised by Bacchanal! It would be worth the full price if we were hungry, but glad we went the groupon route regardless. It was amazing and totally worth it.
My moms 60th birthday.
I Bought VIP with unlimited drinks, not worth it, service very slow, had to ask for everything and wait a long time. With unlimited drinks we got 3 glasses per person and its only for two hours. But great seafood, and food especially dessert selection.
The food was bland and not worth the price of $98 a person. Some of the food was not as fresh and there's not a huge selection size. I would reccomend going to wicked spoon instead.
It was ok for the most part, the only bummer was that by the time you get back to your table your food is cold and not very appetizing because the AC is on full blast. Even the coffee in the thermos got cold pretty quick. The desserts were the best part.
The food and ambience were wonderful. The service was substandard.
Barely writing reviews, but this is really one of the best buffet I’ve ever had in the United States. Also, the open table reservation is amazing, basically you can just easily skip all the lines, right jump into dining. 100% VIP privilege!!
If you make a reservation here for Bacchanal you can skip the long line but be ready to pay $100 a person for a VIP treatment. The seafood tower is the best.
Birthday and reunion
Perfect experience and the food was fantastic!!! Really was an outstanding experience for everyone - folks are still talking about it.
This was one of the best experiences in Vegas yet! We didn’t have to wait long in line and we seated ahead of the other (tip: set a reservation before the 6pm rush). The all you can drink was phenomenal and the staff was really nice. My best friend and I tried to eat everything at every station but sadly we failed, as expected. The food was the best we ever had at a buffet setting. And the seafood tower was beautiful. You can get unlimited number of towers but sadly we couldn’t finish our tower. We left full, tipsy and satisfied. Again, one of the best experiences in Vegas.
Best casino Buffett i have ever been to. Had VIP reserv which included all you can drink beer and wine, huge seafood platter and an amazing spread of food. Amazing. Not cheap but worth it. Went for my sisters birthday and she had so much fun.
Service was absolutely horrendous. Managers at the restaurant really need to interview their employees to make sure they will fit in the service industry. Very poor performance from a well know brand Caesers Palace.
We had brunch at Bacchanal on a Saturday morning at noon. My biggest problem was this was not a brunch. It was basically a lunch. There were almost no breakfast items. They had taken up red velvet pancakes. The omelette station was closed. The lunch food was good but we wanted a brunch and did not get it. For the price we were very disappointed. However, our waiters were excellent.
Also it was very chaotic. Very loud. People going everywhere.
The staff (Vanessa) in charge for payment was very rude to us! It’s our first time here so we showed her our reservation confirmation no. She was unfriendly and wanted us to pay right away. I told her that it was paid already and that it was a gift for us. I just realized that my brother sent me an email about the voucher as proof of payment so I showed it to her. Vanessa wasn’t helpful and accomodating...
