Good: dessert, staff, seafood selection Bad: everything else. Mediocre food, bad selection, nothing exciting. Not worth the price. The staff and the dessert honestly were the only thing saved it.

The food was great but I did not like being told and reminded that I had a time limit to be there and eat. I have two small kids and I spent most of my time getting them food and feeding them as well. When I finally got to eat I was reminded that my time limit was almost up. Having kids at a restaurant/buffet is already very stressful and when I finally had time to eat and being told to rush was not a pleasant experience at all. I did not get to try much of the food or even get seconds. For the price I think my family should've been able to take our time and enjoy our meal. I was even told that "they" are watching us now that our time limit was almost over. Took a while for our plates to be cleaned off and when I asked for a refill in coffee my server seemed very annoyed. May I add this was a birthday dinner for my husband. It was suppose to special since it was his first time at this buffet. We were not happy overall with the service. Although the food I did get to try was great I will not recommend this place for the service. Being rushed and being watched was not a pleasant experience.

Food is great. We come everytime we are in Vegas. Only complaint is the servers don't come around often or spend too much time with other customers. We always seem to have to wave them down to get service. It's for this reason why we don't tip when we prepay.

Excellent service. Food was beautiful to look at but was cold. I am not a picky eater, but 50% of my items I took one bite and didn't finish. The prime rib and desserts were the best part. We had the brunch buffet, which was the cheapest, and it was $140 for 2. I expected a much better experience at the "best buffet" for that price.

If you love seafood so worth your money, but all the food was enjoyable. One of the best places to eat on the strip. We had reservations but still waited a little bit, I recommend reservations on any night-it was busy for a Thursday.

The only good thing was the steamed crabs legs. The other stuff was just fair. The cold seafood didn't have much of a taste. Why serve lobster claws if they don't have any taste when cold. I think the meat cuts were on the cheap side, not much flavor. The international stuff was all cheap food so not much value. Deserts were just so-so. I think better price for this would be $60. Well it's Vegas so everything is expensive I guess. Service we really good.

The selection was plenty and tasty. I took off a star for the service and experience. When spending that much, I expect top notch service. During the entire dining experience, I never received my refill on my drink. My partner received a refill but was given a water instead of Sprite, so he also drank nothing most of the time. The gentleman next to us kept trying to get the waitresses attention several times but was overlooked. The corner we were in was extremely cold and had an unnecessary amount of cold air blowing. There was a significant difference in temperature where we were compared to the other areas - so I asked a manager what we could do about it, and never heard back. It was so cold, I covered myself with my napkin as an added layer to shield the cold air (I already had a jacket on), and the gentleman next to us (when he finally got the waitress to come over), ordered a hot tea to warm up. He was literally shivering. Overall, it was a nice buffet. Avoid being seated in the corner by the Asian corner if you don't like to freeze.

The price compared to the quality of the food is severely lacking! Felt like I went to Country Buffet or Golden Corral. A lot of the food was cold, even at stations that advertised “fresh/ made to order” dishes. If you’re only going for the crab legs (the most decent thing they have) and nothing else, then it could be worth the price, but getting full off of literally anything else (yes, even the prime rib, steak, brisket etc) will be a waste.

A wide variety of food options. I can’t many things so I had to really be careful about what I took. It was a loud in our area and couldn’t talk. Our two servers were great. The cost was not clear, I expected one price point found online but ended up being more. If you are a seafood lover, you definitely get your moneys worth. The customer next to me had three plates of huge crab legs. I’d go back for brunch or breakfast but not dinner

A vast variety of foods from Asian, European, Indian, American, Mexican cuisine. Can feel overwhelming, but there is guaranteed at least some dish you will enjoy. Some foods looked better than they tasted: many options felt either oversalted or underseasoned, or were cold from being left out too long. Highlights included the Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Phillipino) and Mexican fare, the unique "mini-dishes", the seafood (king crab legs), and various roasts (prime rib, beef brisket, tri-tip, etc.).

They sat me next to a glass pillar and it was dirty with all type of food particles; I sat for a while without water and coffee refills. It took a long time to get someone's attention because my table was missing the little box with sugars. Tipping is awkward. I payed ahead of time but the service was bad. Would I recommend Bacchanal? No, it's a lot of money just to feel like your being served at Denny's. Plus I was sitting near the service entrance/exit and the waiters stand around that area. You would have thought I would get more help but they just mingled with each other. Oh and the people with the black outfits are not managing.

We ate here on a Wednesday night as a group of four. At $80 per person, we were expecting the food to taste better. Most of what we ate was fine. Some of the food was inedible. I had crab, lobster, and steak. The prime rib steak was not good, and the lobster was bland. The crab had a good flavor. Desserts were mostly mousse or pudding consistency. Our waiter was nice but so busy that we kept having to ask for refills of our drinks. He would only bring what we asked for, he never looked at the table to see if anyone else's drinks were low. They only give you 90 minutes to eat, and we had to wait a few minutes for our waiter to get our drink order. All in all, if you have cash to burn, why not? But for the quality of food and price, I would eat somewhere else next time.
