   1) Right on the water… great vibe… very high end Cayman… loved it. 2) food was hit or miss…. Oyster we’re not that cold and no cocktail sauce, and ceviche in a red sausage… tasted a bit like spaghetti sauce out of a jar… sad face. But all the other food (gnocchi, deviled eggs, bread… all was really good!!!! 3) Finally the deserts (we had three) were really amazing!!! Service and friendliness is outstanding!!!

   Very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Food variety and quality is good with primarily small plates. Could use more non-seafood meat options. Cocktail and wine menu are solid, but pricey - especially in USD! Overall a very good experience in a lovely waterside setting.

   Dining at Bacaro was an exquisite experience! The dishes were unique and delicious. The wait staff was attentive and efficient.

   The quality of the food was amazing but unfortunately I need to say that the service was poor. We ask for an americano coffee and the server brought a cocktail drink, we don’t asked for it and at the end of the day the drinks (americano) appeared on our bill . I never paid before for a mistake of the server.

   Good was amazing and service ! Could be slightly bigger portions on the chef taster menu but that’s only cause I’m a big eater

   THE BEST SERVICE I have had at a restaurant in years. The food was incredible. The atmosphere was relaxing. We were not rushed. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food.

    We had a night to rember at Bacaro. The food was outstanding and the service was beyond excellent. Simon and Nikola were the cherry on top of a fabulous night.
