We've been several times, and our meals have been consistently excellent. The staff are exceptional as well!

The food is great! The service was also excellent, the waitresses were very nice and prompt.
The only issue related to food was the the cannoli was too hard, but the pizzas, arancini, cocktails, and beignets were delicious. Definitely going back.

In a city filled with excellent restaurants, Bàcaro Urban Pizzeria on Monkland did not disappoint. Had the arancini, pepperoni sticks and calamari as starters. All very good. Calamari can contend with some of the cities best. The entire party had pizzas and no one left dissatisfied. Not heavy, thin crust, really good.
And then, the best for last, the nutella pizza dessert. WOW! That's all I have to say! If you go to Bàcaro for 1 thing, go for dessert and have the Nutella Pizza with Nutella Fritters. JUST WOW!
The service was impeccable. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to have a nice quiet dinner in a great part of town to try this place.

Waitress didn’t write down order, 1 meal missing. Took way too long to get it. No apology or discount. Staff & manager had a terrible attitude. Use a pen and say sorry!
Pleasant service, but the pizzas on the list tend to have rather few toppings. There is the option to "design your own", but the charges add up quickly, resulting in a pricey pizza. They do not allow substitutions.
Great neighbourhood restaurant with four quality above that level - pizza was perfect - pasta plentiful and tasty and huge salad was delicious - everyone happy

Great service, friendly and quick. Food was delicious- the four of us had both pizza and pasta dishes.
Really tasty, well-prepared food in a wonderful setting. Service was friendly, relaxed and super-efficient. Only complaint- the meatball pizza had 4 big meatballs strategically placed. Use smaller meatballs and let each slice have 5 or 6. Just makes more sense!
Tried this on a whim because the menu looked good. If I am ever in Montreal again, this will be my go to restaurant! Loved it!!!

We felt very rushed by the staff from the moment we sat down. The food was good but would have been much more enjoyable if staff weren't in such a hurry to get us out!
