Bacari W. 3rd
The most beautiful and ambient lighting and space. Mike is the best manager at his game and makes everyone feel at home.
Beautiful restaurant with great food and wine! I 100% would recommend and look forward to returning in the near future.
We brought our longtime, out-of-town friends here for dinner and sat in the outdoor patio. It was a lovely meal with tasty dishes to share, friendly staff, good music, a beautiful tree, and laid back fellow diners at other tables--all creating a nice vibe for an enjoyable meal.
So fun! Great venue great scene great drinks!!
Can’t wait to go back
All around excellent experience
I had a wonderful experience from the moment we booked the reservation all the way to the end. Alex was always in contact to make sure they were prepare to give us good service. They were easy to talk to and they provide great options for a pre-set menu. They went out of their way to print menus that said Happy Birthday Vania! I thought it was super sweet and caring. The food also was great the avocado toast soo delicious!!! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend it!! Venue, service, food on point!
Beautiful outdoor garden setting. Great food and variety of flavors! Lots of vegetarian options too!
Interesting experience. For a middle-of-nowhere USA experience, it was fine. For LA, it was unacceptable. We had 830 reservations. We arrived at 825 and had to wait until about 900 to get seated. They did give us two glasses of bubbles on the house, so OK, I will deal. We then order our wine and food. We begin eating and drinking, and then in mid conversation, the hostess comes over and asks us to move tables. They wanted to accommodate a 7top, and needed us to move tables. They said we would be “greatly compensated.” Cool. Quid pro quo. They ended up giving us two tacos and a desert (but an extra desert after we ordered one....and we didn’t need or want two deserts). After we switched tables, our server went on break and we got another server who asked us, “do we need anything else?” We had not even received our filet mignon after an hour and a half. I told her and she said, “I mean, do you still even want it?” I said, “yes, I have wanted it for an hour and a half.” She acted as if I was crazy for still wanting it. Overall, the food was good (not great). The atmosphere is really good for a date. The service/experience was just unacceptable for a restaurant in LA. I won’t go back....and that’s unfortunate because I liked the ambiance.
Good food, nice staff. Music wayyyyyy too loud, especially for the amount of patrons present at the time. We told the staff and it seems like they heard us the second time around (made same request to different staff member). ...but by then, we were nearly finished with our meal. The music selection was great but I cannot stand when we need to scream over music to hear one another. Was a bit of a buzzkill and wish they made an effort the first time we requested it. On a different note, charging $3 extra for gluten-free pie crust is ‘fair’ (though $2 is reasonable and what I often see) but charging $3 extra for a gluten-free hamburger bun (which is just half a bun) on a $10 hamburger seems highly excessive. $1.50 is what that should be. Why people with food allergies need to be gouged like this is still beyond me. Food was pretty good, a bit on cheesy side, as in too much cheese in their cheese-based dishes (very rich). Some of the staff was really wonderful and friendly and overly-accommodating. Atmosphere is lovely, visually-speaking.
Had an early dinner reservation at around 6pm, was seated right away at a table for 4 in the courtyard. Was a lovely warm evening, the patio was lovely. Service was attentive without feeling rushed. Plates were small (as advertised) but delectable! Pizza was four pieces. For four of us we ordered maybe 10-12 plates and couple bottles of wine. By the time we left the place was packed with groups having fun. The noise wasn’t oppressive since we were outside. I would definitely return if I was in the area and the weather was nice.
Loved it! Only downfall was I didn’t realize it was tapas style so it was a little pricey for small portions, but the service, the food itself, the aesthetic, everything was amazing. Would recommend to everybody who visits LA looking for a cool, back porch patio dinner.
Zach is the best server ever!! He's so fast and friendly. I keep going back for his service.
Despite having a reservation, had to wait ~30 minutes to be seated. While I understand that it is tapas style, portions are very small. Service took way too long.
It was a really cool spot to have a few drinks and eat. Love their happy hour deals on pretty much everything on their menu! The patio is amazing.
From the ambiance to the delicious food, everyone should eat here at least two to ten times a week.
Beautiful dining experience. One of my favorite outdoor dining areas! It has a very magical feel to it. I loved that the tables outside were surrounded by small rocks, it felt like we were in a magical sort of patio out of a Disney fairy tale. A beautiful spot for a romantic date or a night out, surrounded by trees and string lights.
I also loved the food, especially the fries that come with an egg on top! Delicious sangria's as well.
All in all, an absolutely wonderful and beautiful night! I was very pleased.
The best thing about this restaurant is that the dishes are relatively cheap, which means that we can order different types of food and taste them instead of spending $50 on one dish. The lighting looks romantic and they have a variety of food and wine choice. Most of the food are also gluten free. The only thing was that some dish take too long so we had to wait quite a bit.
Lovely attentive service from Mike and David. Food delicious as usual. Beautiful patio setting and dog friendly, even welcoming.
The food was good. I would go back for the food. Our server ENZO was rude and intrusive. I would go back but will def request that ENZO NOT BE MY SERVER.
I've been to Bacari a few times now and it never disappoints. The location and entry are very interesting and set the vibe of the evening. This last visit was on a busy Saturday night, this place is definitely getting more popular - in a good way. We waited just 20 mins after our reservation time, which was understandable since there were a lot of big parties getting up.
the host was awesome, he checked in with us during the wait and made sure we were taken care of.
Looking forward to going back.
Lovely patio - like being in a Mediterranean garden. Excellent waitress and staff. Food great! All around excellent dinner.
It was great!
A MUST! All the small plates are incredible. I cannot wait to go back.
I would come back here forever. Happy hour is amazing! Mushroom pizza is amazing. Wine selection is wonderful!
An unassuming entrance that opens up to a beautiful indoor-outdoor dining experience.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food and wine.
Great service and attitude of the staff. Brough dishes out way too fast one after another like they were trying to clear the table when we only showed up at 6pm. Aside from that great! Valet was also not great, slow to respond, didn't open doors ect..
Bacari 3rd is wonderful. The staff are both incredibly friendly and provide high level service. The food is delicious. The setting beautiful. Special shout out for Meghan. David, and Brittany. They all deserve raises!
I love this place, good food, good crowd and ambience in patio is amazing. Have been here a few time but during bottomless brunch so you can imagine sometimes it can seem a lil slow with service but all the workers cool and I’m sure they’re just busy.
It was a great experience. Food and ambience
Was explicit. Service good be a little better but was a full restaurant so it’s understandable. Same with volume, a bit noisy but that probably depended on the other parties there not the restaurants fault!
Awesome double date with some friends.
Staff were extremely accommodating. Food was absolutely delish. Do not listen to the negative reviews. From the courtyard dining, the staff to the food. Excellent!
We love it!
The food and service at Bacari are wonderful. The good news and the bad news is that Bacari is doing so well here in our neighborhood, that the restaurant is quite full on Saturdays and the noise level is so high it can be difficult to converse with anyone besides who's sitting right next to you! But we had a great time bringing a group of 8 including 6 out-of-town guests. Everyone loved their meals and the service was great.
The food was not great
We loved the ambience, the service was excellent; the food incredible and served very quickly; the desserts delicious too; the best coffee too!
The place was super cute!! Loved the outdoor seating. However, the service was a bit slow, the food took a long time to come out and when it did it was cold. I wish I can say the overall experience was great but it was okay. I would go back and give it another chance though!
Food is tapas share plate style. Was unknowingly there during happy hr which was great - $2 off all plates and house wines. Food was tasty and filling even given the small sizes. Truffle Mac and cheese and lamb and eggplant were highlights. Ambience was cool and patio would be super nice on a warm evening.
Delicious food and amazing customer service !!
Amazing. Would go back in a heart beat. Our server was so great and the manager Brittany was the best. Just found my new go to spot.
