Had reservation at 8:15 for outside, get there at 8:10. The host asks if inside is ok, I informed him that we would like outside. He asks us to wait, 8:30 now he calls us and says your table is ready inside in the back. I again ask for outside, he ask to wait again. 8:50 now and still no table, we just turn around and leave. Also the seating outside is terrible, right on the sidewalk with too much noise, we went around the corner to a different restaurant where they seated us in 20 min with no reservation.
We love this place and it’s our go to for a date!
Enjoy your outdoor dining and how easy it is to make a reservation.
Staff were very friendly and the food was amazing!
I enjoyed my dinner there with my friend! We went on a Monday night, sat outside in their sidewalk covered patio area, and it was very busy. The food was very good, its all tapas, so we got a bunch of different things and shared them! I feel like it is a tish overpriced, especially to sit outside in a sidewalk tent, but I can understand that because we are still in the pandemic.... Overall I really enjoyed it and I would go back!
Wemt for my wifes birthday, employees were all fast and friendly, food was better then we expected, overall a great experience that we have told our friends about
Food is wonderful. Good variety and reasonably priced. I would recommend for date nights!
Bacari has always been one of my favorite places to go for great tasting food & amazing service!
Bacari is always great, happy they are so successful! Our servers, John and Kylie (hope that's correct) were fantastic!
Excellent food. Fantastic service. Can’t wait to dine here again.
Perfect place for a tapas/meal sharing experience, and couldn’t be happier with the service. Our Saturday brunch server (gentleman with glasses) definitely elevated the experience.
It took almost an hour and half to get our kids food.
Great place to get a bunch of different dishes and cocktails to satisfy any craving for any sort of cuisine you are in the mood for. But make room for their bread pudding!
Delicious food, warm hospitality, quick service!
Because of Covid we had not been there for over a year. We are so happy it survived, and is even better than before. We will be back soon!
Great place to eat good variety of food is delicious, drinks are flavorful and service is top notch definitely coming back again.
Wanted to try all you can eat steak but they dropped that event. We were disappointed but they made up for it in other ways. The food and drinks were all amazing! Everything I’ve had at Bacari has been delicious and a great way to taste a little bit of everything. They’ve adjusted their serving style to the pandemic really well with contactless menus and payment options.
Great food n loved the options n fabulous service
Excellent food and incredibly friendly and responsive service.
Cute very small inside. Reasonably priced considering we're basically in LA. They need to turn off the ceiling fans. They think they prevent COVID.... meanwhile it's 65 degrees outside and it's completely open air.
Great variety of food, reasonable prices and amazing outdoor dining space - the perfect place for a date or special dinner!
Great experience with the waiter and host and delicious drinks. Will definitely come back.
If you're debating going, do it. I've lived here for over a year, went for the first time two weeks ago, have already been back once and ready to go back again.
Food ranged from tasteless to swimming in oil. Service was pretty friendly but definitely turn and burn Sunday brunch get them in and out ASAP.
Outdoor tent due to COVID was ok -- not much you can do with that, but the false floor they put down did cause the tables to shake whenever anyone passed by -- which in the slim corridor for service was constantly.
Very disappointing for the dollar point.
They offer both indoor and outdoor dining. The outdoor dining felt intimate and comfortable. The food portions are on point for a tapas and the flavors are delicious. I would come back for a special occasion or just a delicious meal during the week.
The food here is great, pricey but worth it for a night out. The cocktails vary in quality, some we loved, some were disappointing. The ambiance was good, nice outdoor seating, good for a group. We had a reservation for 8:15pm, checked in at 8:08, were told to wait for 5-10, checked back in at 8:20pm, weren't seated until 8:45pm. This was a problem because we had plans to something after dinner, which were messed up because of the delay. The hostess gave us free sangria (which was delicious), and they were all very nice about it, but it was a long time to wait when you made a reservation several days in advance. I would say this is a good place to go if you have no other plans/all the time in the world.
Great drinks, food, and always amazing service!
Bday - received a cake :)
Loved this place! Host went out of his way to set up high chairs with a small “kids” table next to our table. And he said if we weren’t comfortable outside (reserved outside but it was chilly/rainy that day), he would try to accommodate our party of 9 inside. Heat lamps made it comfortable to stay outside. Food was amazing! Every single thing we got was delicious. And they were great about gluten and dairy free requests. Servers were friendly and service was quick but we never felt rushed. Took our temp before sitting and tables were spaced out even for busy Saturday brunch rush. Family-friendly. I recommend!
Would go here over and over again. the food is just amazing. Our server was amazing. It was initially a long wait before someone finally came to our table and once our server left for the day we had to wait forever to get our check and leave. Other than that I love the place and the food is just fantastic. Would definitely go back !
Sadly, our favorite small plates restaurant, Commonwealth, in Burbank, seems to have closed its doors for good, dashing our Mothers Day dining hopes. So, we needed another small plate special occasion spot to go. Bacari exceeded our expectations with its overall quality and inventiveness. We will be returning regularly. Even though we try to avoid the Americana crowds, even those won’t keep us away on future visits. In fact it makes one curious about this restaurant group’s other concerns. Apparently Bacari is one of four other culinary destinations in their quiver. We will have fun investigating those too.
We came here for Mother’s Day brunch in the afternoon. They had both brunch and dinner menus available and we ordered from both. The crab cake Benedict was so good, I would definitely recommend that as well as the stuffed mushrooms. They were all small plates so we ordered a few to share and one main each. We were surprisingly full afterwards and very satisfied. The staff there was very nice and helpful as well.
They set us inside which wasn’t nearly as nice as the patio even though we had a reservation and they were tables outside. The food was good and is there a place we had the lamb chop the brussels sprouts and the Caprese. I had a martini which was excellent. They gets four stars because the Waitress was wonderful and the food was good.
The servers were great, and love the bottomless beverages!
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special celebrating our anniversary. Thank you.
Always love this place!!! We will always come back for the food and the very nice staff!
