Went for brunch and it was delicious. Service was great. I know you just started serving brunch and it was very well done. We all shared the Babka French toast for dessert, do good!

The food was so delicious! Best falafel I have ever had! The service was on point. The atmosphere was lovely and I especially admired the lovely appetizer plates. Would definitely go again!

Tried the new brunch menu - everything was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly! Love that this place has been able to navigate this far through Covid so that we have been able to enjoy their food/atmosphere!

The cutest Mediterranean restaurant!! We loved the vibe, the service was excellent, it wasn't too busy/crowded and the food was very good.
Our first time here, and my wife and I shared 3 dishes. The smoky eggplant was incredibly flavourful, and we polished it off quickly; we only wished the portion was larger. The smashed avocado salad was nice and refreshing, and I liked the herbs and spices they use, but it wasn't that exciting: mainly a whole avocado on top of green beans and quinoa. But the fish cake (main course we shared) was a standout, and I would have it again! It was a perfectly done, large cod cake with a dill sauce on top, and under it was a large bed of salad of fennel and arugula in a lovely citrus dressing.
Being able to eat outside is nice, although you are essentially eating on the sidewalk and parking lot of the strip mall. They did have indoor dining, but we were not ready to risk that yet ;)
I didn't realize until we got the bill that this is an Oliver and Bonacini restaurant. I have liked some of their places and some I have found just ok, but Babel impressed me overall. There aren't a lot of upscale middle eastern places like this.
Delicious food but very slow service. It took them 50 min to bring our food. But overall it is one of favorite places.

Cauliflower and Caesar salad nice. Tahini too salty. Fries a bit too commercial. Lamb burger nice. Staff very accommodating. Outdoor seating faces parking lot.
A new patio set-up in the mall parking lot offered cover for many of the tables with umbrellas or overhang. Seating was prompt and waitstaff friendly and helpful when bringing the e-menu up on the phone was a challenge. A limited menu for mains but our lamb shank was creatively accompanied by delicious herbed Israeli couscous, al dented root vegetables and thick labneh. The eggplant appetizer shared was also creatively presented and delicious with flatbread. Stumble in delivering the main was apologetically recovered. Scrumptious.

Decided I needed to get out of my apartment. Babel is close by and I enjoy the food. Once again Babel did not disappoint.

We enjoyed our time at Babel. The food was delicious, service was very friendly and attentive - overall, a great experience. We ordered kebab and chicken which were cooked very well.
We happened to book a table on the patio but since it was raining, we got to sit inside.

Given the limitations our restaurant has faced throughout the pandemic, we did our best to create a comfortable and welcoming patio in front of our restaurant, so that our guests would be able to dine with us during this time. We understand that using the parking lot for a pop up patio is not an ideal location, but we have worked hard to create our own little Babel oasis under these challenging physical circumstances, as well as under the restrictions set forth by the Ontario government. Limited menu selection. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Would eat there again if happen to be in the neighborhood but would not travel more than 15 minutes specifically for it
