Wonderful lunch meal on the patio with the family. Gabriel ( the manager) was so gracious and genuine with his time. True hospitality at its best! O and B is very lucky to have this gem in their business.

We felt very safe and warm with the heaters on. Food, and it’s presentation was gorgeous and so tasty.

Many Thanks again for a fine afternoon meal- we will be back in doors when allowed!!!

Food & service were terrific. All staff were wearing masks, and looked like restaurant had taken necessary safety measures during COVID.

The staff was very friendly and restaurant was very clean. The menu was limited, however the food was very tasty. Although they can accommodate making the pizza and pasta plain for my 10 year old, I was a little disappointed that I was charged the full amount of an adult meal without any of the extra toppings- typically a cheese pizza or pasta with butter should not cost $19. Other than this complaint, the food quality is good and flavourful. Their drink menu is vast and great options.

Food was Devine. Unique combinations of flavors that made my meal unforgettable. The restaurant is spacious and the service was quick and courteous.

The first impression from the reception of the Hostess was poor as it did not feel warm & welcoming but, this was made up later on by an outstanding waiter, who was knowledgeable and professional.
The food was OK. Tended to taste and appear from the "mass produced" kitchen.

The service and ambience were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and kebabs, however, I found the cauliflower and hummus lacking.

I like their egg plant dish. It changed my taste bud.

First dining experience since COVID hit. Couldn’t have been made to feel more safe or comfortable. Server was caring and attentive and the cleanliness was impressive - can’t wait to return to have the cauliflower again... so delicious!!

I enjoyed food , Asian food and also variations of different tastes , tasty and delicious. I highly recommend to try this restaurant. They used fresh ingredients. And they were so welcoming.

Had dinner recently, and dined outside in the outdoor patio area. Our waiter was fast and friendly, and the food was good, maybe a little less oil on the BC Cod next time.

Id go back for sure but maybe inside this time.

Glad to have the patio, but it’s not very scenic as it’s literally in the parking lot of a strip mall. More plants, lights and proper patio dining furniture would help. Great food and service.

Our first restaurant meal since March! Even though we were sitting in the parking lot, Babel managed to make its “patio” seem inviting. Our dinner was delicious, particularly the squid. Service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

Need to improve the food. Definitely was not wowed for the prices of the dishes. Also, the cocktails... 16$ for an old fashion that uses Wild Turkey Bourbon? And Smirnoff vodka? This isn’t New York City it’s a restaurant in a strip
plaza in York Mills... ambience and decor is beautiful. The wait staff are super friendly and excellent attitudes, but not well trained. Many errors through out the night with service. This was not a first class dining experience but the bill indicated otherwise. Improve food and service to justify prices or lower prices and expectations.

- slow service (took 30 minutes to order, 25 minutes to get glass of wine)
- not great with allergies resulted in sending back order

Great meal! The service was attentive and the food was delicious. Loves the big round tables. Can’t wait to go back.

The food was amazing especially the hummus and lamb burger. The service was outstanding. There was an issue with the falafels I ordered and they gave us two other appetizers free of charge. Our server, Crystal, was so knowledgeable about the food. It was a wonderful choice and I definitely will be returning!

Everything was perfect. Especially, the veal liver and lamb was fabulous.

The restaurant was quite average. The portions were small, and for everyday dining, the prices were quite high.

Went there to celebrate two birthdays at one time. They were wonderful in presenting us with champagne and a desert with a candle at no charge. The Service was Wonderful! The problem was the food. 3 of the 5 people that attended said to each other that the food was way too salty and the potatoes weren't cooked through.

This was my fourth time there and before everytime I had enjoyed it but this time I was very disappointed. I am not sure if it was a different chef or something. The dishes were cooked and prepared differently. For example the Salmon dish used to be very delicious but this time it had a different sauce which made it not tasty at all. I wanted to take two groups of 20 people there in near future but I have changed my mind. I have to find some.other places. That would be my last time there unless I hear things are back to normal.

Attentive service and good variety on the menu. We started with the roasted cauliflower and charred eggplant and I had the beef kebab for my entree. Both appetizers were delicious and well seasoned. My beef was cooked perfectly medium. Overall great experience!

The only disappointing thing about our evening was being seated by the door on a winter night. I had made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and confirmed 2 days prior and was surprised to be seated at the worst table possible. Food was amazing as was the service but i dont think we experienced the restaurant at its best due to the ambience around the door.

Nice new addition to restaurant scene at York Mills and Bayview. Imaginative menu and well prepared dishes. Portions are more than generous.
The roasted Cauliflower appetizer was a treat.
House wine reasonable priced and good quality.
Overall great value for the money.

Gabriel was a charming host and our server (cannot recall her name but she was delightful!!) Food was excellent and the restaurant was very tastefully designed and outfitted. Just another marvelous O&B store!!

The food was beautifully seasoned and prepared, interesting, and delicious. Good service. I will go back and recommend it to anyone .
