   I booked a family meal for our 25th anniversary some 6 weeks prior and when we arrived we were asked if we had booked for the Motown night which we replied no but unfortunately we did get put into this room which as you can imagine was very noisy and we could not talk to each other while eating our meal! The service was quite slow too as drinks took a long time to arrive and food was average, meat quite dry. I think this place is more suited for those who enjoy lively musical entertainment and not those who want a sociable meal where you can have a conversation with one another.

   Arrived early on a Friday night and it was empty. Had a drink at the bar (best drink iv had in a long while - cocktail - pornstar martini) and then went in to eat, where eventually there were a few more tables filled. There was an unpleasent smell when entering the dining area, not overpowering but a weird toilet smell. The food was ok, iv been to the Babasheesh in Chatham and that was exceptional, part of the reason why we came here. Starters, meatballs were ok, not enough sauce, mash under. Prawns, delicious. Halloumi plain. Olives, disgusting, very very very salty, like extremely. Main chicken shish was nice. Overall Ok. The service was brilliant. Staff so friendly and attentive and informative, couldnt ask for more.

   I honestly had the best meal ever! We come here for my sisters 18th birthday and there was 7 of us. The young lady serving us was amazing, she couldn’t do enough! Very polite and very helpful throughout. The food was next level. The majority of us had different domains and all couldn’t say a bad word. Chicken was tender and so much flavour. Will definitely be coming back and also spreading the word to friends!

   Saturday night was ok. We have previously been to the Chatham branch a few times and would say if you can travel to Chatham it is worth it. We were left slightly disappointed in the difference. The food portion is a lot smaller, the restaurant cramped, noisy and the mood lighting leaves it quite dark. Our table was so close to another table that I could hear their conversation better than I could hear what my family was saying to me. The person on the other tables chair was so close that I couldn’t get out unless I touched them. The food although not bad, it wasn’t good enough to negate the other negatives. The table staff were polite and attentive. When asked if the meal was good at the end we stated it was ok, but was not asked to elaborate and they quickly moved the conversation on to something else,

   Nice and clean... service quick and friendly..our start was ok but what is shown on website was no resemblance to my sucuk....it seems like it was bought in and not made there ...I had 2 that had been or looked like they had been cut down the middle so 2 small sausages and a little yoghurt 7.25 ... expensive but tasted ok ....my partner had veg moussaka...not a lot of it there and she said it was a bit bland...but the salad was delicious she also had chips with it which were lovely....I had mixed shish ... basically 4 chunky pieces of chicken and 4 of lamb It came with rice and what only can be described as a slither of ultra thin bread just a tiny piece though...the meat was lovely and tender but just lacked the Turkish flavouring and it was a blow out for nearly 21 pound...rice was just plain white rice no peas or colour to spice it up but there you go rice is rice . Pudding was really lovely ok expensive but really nice....mine was a cheese... pastry and syrup...kunfe I think sounded strange so I thought I would try it and it was really good. Overall it maybe sounds negative but it isn't I'm being honest...we like different things and have different appetites...I would go again most definitely to try other dishes...I was maybe a little underwhelmed and thought 90 pound a little step for what we had but as I said I would still go again.
