   We dined there on Saturday evening, and while the staff were very kind and friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. There was a lot of confusion with our order—multiple mistakes were made, and meals were delayed. We were first brought a lamb shawarma we didn’t order, then a chicken shawarma, which also wasn’t ours. When our actual order—the chicken shish tawouk—finally arrived, it was undercooked, likely rushed due to the earlier delays. All of us felt unwell afterward, and we could taste something was off at the time. I didn’t say anything in the moment because, after all the back and forth with the staff and the ongoing hassle with the errors, I was honestly just fed up and couldn’t be bothered to raise yet another issue. On top of that, I was charged $4 for a small glass of hot water with lemon, which felt completely unreasonable. Despite the sweet staff, the mix-ups, delays, and undercooked food made for a very disappointing dining experience.
