We’re all about vibrant flavours, locally-sourced ingredients and homemade marinades and sauces. Watch our team of creative chefs make fresh flatbreads, from scratch, in our open theatre-style kitchen. We cook all of our breads on a robata grill, giving each kebab that lovely charcoal flavour.

We also offer a selection of tasty non-babs, meze dishes and desserts. Our drinks list includes freshly made iced teas and a variety of beers, wines and soft drinks. We have recently expanded and now offer an amazing choice of cocktails, from savoury to sweet and everything in between.

So, come hungry, pull up a chair and enjoy a kebab worth sitting down for.

At peak times tables will have a maximum sitting time for 1hr 30mins from the start of the booking time. The host inform you on arrival.

Unfortunately, we are unable to serve Coeliacs due to the risk of cross contamination.

The places was great. Great staff and service, great drinks. Food was good - starters (small plates) were great, halloumi bab great, salt and pepper tofu bab was ok - too oily but flavour ok (oil out me off though). Other than that was a great place to go - going back in a couple of weeks 😊

Food has gone downhill. Great lunch deal but not when the chicken is cold, it was cooked but still cold. Flatbread was dry, stale and fell apart. Chips had a weird sweet seasoning. Service was ok, felt rushed and not very welcoming. Everything used to be fresh.

It was our first visit to BAB and it won't be our last. We both ordered a flatbread each, the harissa lamb and the peri chicken both were delicious, we also shared a portion of salt & pepper fries. We just about managed to eat everything as the portion size was quite substantial but because the food was so tasty, there was no way we were leaving anything. May try one of their burgers the next time or possibly the small plates.

Lovely evening with great food! Had halloumi kebab and calamari kebab with Greek fries for the table- all very tasty and with yum salad / seasoning. Drinks were also lovely - a bit expensive but standard price for central Manchester! Will be back!

Just a little quiet but we also went early so that could be why … the food is excellent and good value for money … my only disappointment was 2-4-1 cocktails .. we asked if they included mocktails and was told yes … so a tad disappointed when I looked at the bill and we were charged £15 for two mocktails that where £10 on the drinks menu but didn’t spoil our experience Will definitely be going back

We booked here after reading all the amazing reviews but were a little underwhelmed. Booked for 6pm on Saturday so the restaurant wasn't overly busy, I reckon there must have been lots of people outside enjoying the sun. We ordered the sharing platter and two lagers. It came to £60. The food was tasty and the prawns were delicious but I'm not convinced it was worth the money. We had a lot of deep fried chilli's which filled the plate. Service was nothing to write home about. We have ticked it off but wouldn't return.
