Italian and Slovenian cooking. The menu is elegant, yet recognisable and approachable, celebrating the vast range of Slovenian produce and products. Being so close to both the mountains and the sea, Ljubljana gives the Chef an incredible access to the best of both worlds. Large selection of wines from Slovenian wine country and bordering regions are an important addition to the wine menu. Our bartenders will shake up the most creative and innovative cocktails. The ambiance in the restaurant is warm, cosy and upbeat. The restaurant serves breakfast to predominantly hotel guests in the morning and lunch during the day. While in the evening Restaurant B turns into a lively dinner venue where both affluent Slovenian guests and tourists will come for a great night out with friends and family. Great dinner - food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We had a great table by the window overlooking the city and the castle and watched during dinner as the shadows got longer and longer. Server recommended a bottle of wine and it was amazing. A definite must when you're in Ljubljana!

Main course needs attention. We had 2 main courses, 1 risotto and 1 lamb based. Risotto was tasty but lacked the charm, was very liquidy and required some seasoning, and for lamb lion dish, few pieces were not upto to the standard as they had still the extra fat on them, which got cooked and gave bad smell.

Yesterday we were attended by a very pleasant waiter who went the extra mile with regards to the dietary restrictions and proactively coordinated with the chef to provide us with the best possible experience, for every meal, making changes which reflected positively and complemented the tasteful outcome, without recommending other dishes. My significant other and I are already excited for our next stay. It’s the service that always brings us back.

Superb dining experience in a beautiful restaurant. Our meals were delicious and the service provided by our waiter Nikola was exceptional.

The menu was versatile. Something for everyone, including children and adults. Fantastic service, excellent cuisine, wonderful decor and very reasonable. Wish we were staying in the city longer because we would love to dine here again.
