B Napoli
The overall experience was good. The wait staff were nice and very attentive. The food was a bit iffy. The eggplant tower was quite good.
The halibut was great The salad with blood oranges and pomegranate seeds had neither of the last ingredients. The veal bolognese with pappardelle was fairly heavy and mostly undistinguished. One out of three desserts was quite good, the lemon brulee.
The food was good and the service was excellent. A bit on the pricier side but well worth the money.
Every table was filled which we took as a good sign for our first visit to this restaurant. The wait staff (Crystal) and owners were very attentive. We ordered cocktails, apps, entrees, and dessert and cappuccino. Everything was very good with fine attention to detail. The octopus appetizer and my husband's pork chop special were very tender (probably the most tender that I've ever had). We thought it would be hard to hear because of the amount of customers and the noise level but it was not at all (and my husband has hearing issues). I look forward to returning!
Always exceptional and the liver mouse crostini is to die for!
Pleasant and professional service from Nadia. Stylish and comfortable decor. Food, as always, was good. LOVE the grilled octopus. House Beets and Arugula salads were delicious. Everyone had pasta dishes; Skillet Riatoni “Alfredo was super rich, Rapini was garlic prominent but in a good way, and the Veal & Ricotta Meatballs sauce was full of flavor but I thought the meatballs were a bit tough. I have to say that while the food is really good, this is one of the only restaurants where I want to ask for a salt shaker...
Overall, looking forward to returning soon!
Fabulous and delicious
Very accommodating congenial owner and staff. Fantastic authentic fare. Great vibe
Food, service and owner appreciation is awesome. To have the owner walking around making sure everyone is happy is old school awesome. We will be back many times!!
Excellent in every way
We were greeted warmly. Bartender was friendly and informative.
I had the Halibut, which was delicious. The linguine and clams were also well received. Service was great.
Not a big fan of focaccia.
Had a mix up with transferring pre dinner drinks to dinner check. When brought to bartenders attention manager got involved and took care of settling up the tab for us. Not sure where things fell through the cracks.
I had the special pork chop - super. Their House Beets is our go-to app - I am not a huge beet fan but I really enjoy it. We go early so its quieter so I cant speak to this place when its a busy Sat night but its a great place whenever we go. Highly recommend. If u like zins, try Rabble - great wine.
Service was fabulous! Thank you Tony! Food was delicious.
Every thing was excellent and serve was great. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Drink menu had great fall items. Overall great dinning experience.
It was a great experience and the staff was attentive.
The food and service was outstanding! I had the veal and it was so delicious! Some my guests had the rib eye steak which was a special and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this restaurant
Very welcoming atmosphere with the owner always present and interacting with guests. Food is great with a menu that changes seasonally. Responsive to requests (i.e., they added hard cider to their options). I'd like to see additional options in hard ciders and some changes over time in the dessert menu as there is in the main menu. I would certainly recommend it as an excellent place to eat and access is easy as is parking.
Lovely restaurant and superb cuisine. Having lived in Manhattan for several years I am picky about my restaurants. The owner has hit the nail on the head with B Napoli; charming ambiance, gracious service and truly innovative and delicious food. What a fantastic menu! The wine list is also excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to even the most discerning of diners. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
We were there on a particularly quiet Sunday evening, so it might be noisier and the service more stressed on a busy Saturday! We tried the two specials: an amazing pork chop and monkfish medallions. We also tried the veal medallions from their standard menu. Each was expertly prepared, exactly as ordered. And delicious! We shared several appetizers, including the dates, the octopus and the meatballs, and those were all fabulous! Then we split two desserts, a coffee caramel pudding and the lemon panna cotta. Yum. Drinks were great and the wines by the glass well chosen. We will return!
This is our hangout place the service is always top notch and the food is fantastic. Top the experience off with great atmosphere its just a great time!
The food was wonderful and the service was great! We will be back
We have been to B Napoli several times. Consistently Great.
Food was amazing, our waiter was very patient when our party was indecisive about the wine. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. Especially our waiter Chris, he went above and beyond. My new favorite restaurant.
This our 4 visit to B Napoli. Fact that we keep coming back says everything about this fine restaurant.
We went for our anniversary and it was perfect! Danny was our server and he went above and beyond. The owner and staff always go out of their way to make us feel special!
We started for a drink at the bar with Dan and he is a fantastic bar tender and very welcoming. The hostess moved us to our reserved table and food was wonderful, drinks and dessert were also great!
One of our favorite spots! Thanks again!
Food was excellent and service was outstanding. We will be back for sure.
I took my Human Resources and Marketing team to dinner at B Napoli. It was a great dining experience! Our server was attentive and accommodating and the food was excellent! We had the Pasta Rustica and Halibut special dinners. Also, we had a pizza as an appetizer. I would go there for the pizza alone! They also have a nice Italian wine list. Highly recommend B Napoli!
Really excellent meal from appetizers to desert. Nice environment as well.
Went on Friday, October 18. Were seated promptly for our 7:15 reservation and were very well attended to by our waiter and other staff. Drinks were expertly made, my dinner (a pork chop Marsala special) was outstanding. My wife ordered the seafood risotto, also a special, which was very good but a little heavy on squid. Overall, an outstanding spot and on par with any dining choice in western Massachusetts.
Great service, good wine, very modern and clean. Somewhat loud, will be back.
Always amazing! We don't dine anywhere else when in Springfield!
Great spot. Menu is fabulous. Everyone is so welcoming. Food is a 10.
Amazing food ....
Amazing service ....
Amazing attention to detail ....
Veal Bolognese is amazing !!!
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. My family and I loved this place!
Very good experience, food was excellent. Appetizer of grilled octopus, grilled branzino entree and lemon brûlée for dessert. As requested we sat in a window booth, the ambience was relaxed elegance. Our server was unsure of himself and seemed inexperienced; other servers filled in the gaps in service. Would highly recommend B Napoli for a great dining experience.
I’ve been here 3 times and am so impressed. My friends have all said that it’s the best meal they’ve had all year. And it’s affordable enough so that we can go for more than just special occasions. Nice and small, great wait staff!
Consistently outstanding dining experience! Would recommend both apps, prosciutto dates and stuffed artichokes as well as the summer pizza. Flawless presentation and personal attention from the owner who truly wants each customer to savor the experience. Best in the valley!
Fabulous food and service!!!
Our first visit. Food was out of this world! Loved the creativity especially the balsamic vinegar peas on the caprese salad. We both had the haddock special it was delicious with a wonderful sauce and served on spinach and creative mashed potatoes. The owner was super nice and came around to greet us and other guests. Felt right at home.
What a treat! Went for our anniversary and could not have been happier with our night. We came in late and sat at the bar and the owner greeted us with a small toast for the date night. The space was still pretty energetic at 9:30pm on a Friday. We started with a dirty martini ; ) and a tequila cocktail (yum!) from the menu and fresh focaccia with great olive oil. We chose to split everything so we could try more things and had 5 courses all together with great recommendations from the bartenders. Started with the mussels and a shrimp appetizer and the shrimp were head-on and packed with flavor. Really had to try our hardest not to keep dipping the bread into the white wine sauce from the mussels so we could save room for the rest of the meal. We were celebrating so we chose a nicer bottle of pinot noir from their cellar which was pretty reasonably priced given the venue. Next we had the beets with burrata(?) which was a nice intermission between courses. The beets were marinated and we both loved the combination. We split a pasta course next, lemon gnocchi. We asked for a half portion since we were traveling the menu. The gnocchi were hand rolled and perfect pillows of pasta with pops of corn and asparagus. Finally for the main course we were recommended to try the heritage center cut pork chop (we opted for truffle fries as a side) which was served Marsala at a perfect medium to which we paired a bottle of Napa cabernet. Just wow! We ended up pouring a couple of small glasses for the couple next to us who were also celebrating an anniversary and we were not going to be able to finish the second bottle even with an Uber. They surprised us with dessert and even wrote ‘happy anniversary’ with a candle. We don’t eat out too often but cook a lot at home (kids) and wow did they blow us away! There is a pasta dish with a whole egg on it that we had our eye on and we will certainly be back soon to try it!
